Excellent staff in a hotel with maintenance issues

Pros: You can't find nicer hotel staff.
Cons: Routine maintenance needs to be a top-level priority.
Location: Less than a minute from major highway, the mall and local restaurants. What more could a savvy traveler want?
Room's access card reader would never work so staff had to let me back in each time. They were very kind about it. Shower head didn't work so found myself taking bath. Room's cleanliness could only be called so-so. I wiped all the hand-prints off the door and surfaces myself with a towel. It looked like a pizza-eating kid had been all over the place. Office chair had been through the mill. Bedside lamp switch didn't work. Most of the furnishings were lovely, bed was comfortable. Sheets were clean. I'd rate the stay as so-so.

Nice hotel for a convention stay

Stayed four nights. Staff was good, rooms were comfortable, however felt bed was worn out and room small. Just enough to house 2 double beds, not queens. Otherwise great stay.

Nice Hotel.

Pros: It was clean and the staff was very friendly.
Cons: My bed was a little uncomfortable like it was time to be replaced.
Location: Plenty of places close by to go eat. They also have a restaurant in the lobby.
Had a good experience with this hotel. Nothing out of the ordinary happened when I stayed there.

Frigid no frills hotel

We booked a king bed suite but ended up not using the suite portion because the temperature of the bedroom vs suite area with the sofa bed was crazy! The wall fan unit in the king bedroom was blowing intensely cold air & the sitting area was boiling hot. We actually used the cushions from the sofa bed to cover the fan blowing air. There was continental breakfast either. Having stayed at other hotels in Tulsa that have suites - I wouldn't stay here again.

I would say my next Hotel will be back at the Marriott. to be fair, Bed was super comfy, breakfast was beyond gross, cleanliness of room was sub par. The biggest problem was reserving my stay though Hotels.com. Once I arrived the check-on process took 25 mins. because Hotels.com credit card was not clearing, and scheduled to be put in a room with 2 Beds and not a King like I had booked, due to the fact they can not guarantee what room you will be in. To make a long story short, I will never book through a 3rd party again. Very Problematic.
