The hotel in general is fine. We did find it frustrating that you have to use your card every time you get into the elevator and the number of elevators is insufficient for the amount of traffic that they need to carry. We often had significant wait time to get an elevator going down to the lobby because they would all be full by the time they reached our floor.

Hello Julie, Thank you for your valuable feedback. I'm sorry that the elevators were a bit frustrating for you during your stay. We require key access to the guestroom levels as an extra form of security because we place the safety of our guests above all other considerations. Unfortunately, just like any hotel, sometimes the elevators do get backed up on busy days. I apologize for the inconvenience. I'm glad to hear that you found the rest of your stay satisfactory and I hope you will stay with us again!

Convenient location and good price if booked onlin

Decent restaurant and bar at lobby level. Airport shuttle service. Not the cleanest place I've ever stayed in but certainly not the worst. Walking distance to many restaurants. Nice pool. Adequate exercise room. My only niggle: they forgot to clean my room on the second day of my stay.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay! I'm glad to hear that you had an overall pleasant experience, but sorry for the housekeeping issues. I have shared your comments with our Executive Housekeeper and she will address them with her staff. P.S. Fantastic use of the word "niggle!"

Not too bad

Pros: Hotel staff and bed.
Overall room was ok. The bed was really comfortable, although the pillows looked like they were throw pillows. An old hotel where they attempted to refurbish it some. No refrigerator in the room and will need to pay 7 dollars if you want to park in their garage.

I am glad that your found your stay acceptable, but wanted to let you know that we are in the process of getting new pillows placed in the rooms and mini-fridges are in the works for later in the year. Dirty, slow and rude.

Posted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: Pool area nice. Beds comfortable.
Cons: Everything. Cleanliness, staff responsiveness.
Location: Close to convention center. No food available downtown on weekend.
The rooms we received were not the ones reserved. Booked double beds and were told no doubles available. The rooms were not ready on time and when they were 'ready' they were still dirty. Dust everywhere. Stains on the furniture. Over a multi-day stay had to repeatedly ask for room cleaning. Overcharged for room service. Got charged double. Still waiting for that to be corrected. No towels in pool area. None brought when asked. Disappointment after disappointment.

Would stay somewhere else if I could

I stay in 6-8 hotels per year for pleasure/business. I'm fairly understanding that "things happen", but I believe there are probably better choices if you're needing to stay in downtown Tulsa. We stayed for 3 nights- after 2 days/nights, our room had not been cleaned so I told the front desk. They said it was "probably because I had left the "do not disturb" sign in the door (not the case). The room had no refrigerator, the tub was dirty with scum & the chair in the room had old stains all over it. The room was also very humid, making the carpet, bedding etc. feel damp. There is no complimentary breakfast & there are no places within close walking distance to eat or get drinks (coffee etc.). However, there is a shuttle available (if they aren't taking someone else to the airport). Parking was difficult - there is a parking garage if you choose, for a $7/day fee. Beds & pillows comfortable.

Tulsa Hotel

Posted Jun 2, 2014
Pros: The rooms were a good size.
Cons: A/c needs updating and new mattresses.
Location: It's a great downtown location if you are there for a wedding or business.
We picked this hotel for it's location to a wedding reception we would be attending. While the staff was great and took care of us well, the room was not comfortable. The beds had a very decided dip in the middle of the mattress which made it hard to sleep with someone else. And, the a/c could not keep up with the humidity in the air. It blew the cold air out about 6 inches from the unit which then did not reach the rest of the room. The floor of the grill/restaurant was filthy. Would not stay here again.

Nice place

Posted Jun 2, 2014
It was a really nice place to stay. Being downtown I thought there would be more to do. So, there isn't much to do around there. I thought more businesses would be open on the weekends. The hotel itself was great but not a good location.

Hotel is very nice but not much in walking distanc

Pros: The staff were exceptional, food was very good from the Boulder Grill
Cons: A few stains on the carpet in the hall ways. Also only one washer and dryer in the guest laundry so you had to pick your time carefully
Location: The tourism information presented great, glossy brochures of things to do but when I got to each of them it was a disappointment.
I am travelling without a car and whilst I found the hotel really comfortable and the staff exceptionally helpful there's just not much to do in the city centre. It's dead from a tourism perspective. To the south of the city the suburbs and houses are expensive and well catered for, to the north the story is just the opposite. Of all the cites I've been in recently tulsa was undoubtedly the friendliest though

Nice hotel in the middle of downtown Tulsa-

Posted May 25, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: Could be cleaner
Location: Multiple downtown restaurants from which to choose- Deli Dally; Petroleum Club
Very convenient. Nicely remodeled. Good pricing through expedia. We were there for a wedding, and they were able to accommodate a large family with good convenience.
