Not Safe Place to StayPosted Aug 19, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel is in bad side of town even though just right of I-44. It's run down, old, and everything about it from the rooms and arounding is DIRTY. You definatly don't want travel alone if female or bring your family to this place. It felt like it was by the hour kind of hotel. I can't believe Howard Johnson would want take over this hotel and put their Wyndynn name on it!!! I will NOT be back.

Great place for the price.Posted Jun 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
This is a great place for the price. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice too. They serve a good breakfast each morning. Would definitely stay here again.

TerriblePosted May 12, 2013
Location: We stayed there because it was so close to the Tulsa speedway.
It was Sooo nasty. The carpets were stained & looked like they had not been vacuumed. There were stains on the wall and even a good sized hole in the bathroom. The tub was also stained and very dirty.

Outstanding service.Posted Apr 7, 2013
Pros: Helpful clerks.
Cons: The paint in the room was too dark for the size of the room.
Location: Near the airport, with taxi or shuttle. We have stayed here before because of the shuttle service.
Our travel planner sent us to a location in Tulsa which we were not expecting and did not want, so the clerk at the location where we wanted to stay went to a lot of time and trouble to get us reassigned to our desired location near the airport. Thank You clerk! When we returned from our travel, another clerk got her own jumper cables and helped us get our car started since our battery had gone down while we were away. Again, superb help from their clerk! Thank You very much for your assistance, Super 8 clerks!

The breakfast was basic without yogurt or any hot items other than waffles. We were there 3 nights and every day we had to have our key cards re-loaded as they would work one time only. We never determined why that was the case.

Super 8 HQ should be embarrassedPosted Dec 26, 2012 on Hotels.com
The location (right off of I-40) was about the only good thing about this hotel. The lobby was closed when we arrived and I had to check in via a window while standing outside in the cold. The person working tried to get me to pay for my room again even though I prepaid for it. The beds were not very comfortable and the room was not very clean. The walls had spill spots on them and the carpet want vacuumed well. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. And there were some shady characters lurking around the parking lot. Honestly, the Super 8 brand name should be embarrassed.

A Good Budget HotelPosted Nov 14, 2012 on Hotels.com
Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff didn't seem so great, I asked them to come back later one morning, they said ok but never cleaned the room that day. The room was decent nothing broken except for a missing light bulb, but I was surprised that there was no alarm clock in the room. Breakfast was simple but good, coffee and juice with cereal, donuts, toast, and a self-serve waffle maker. the surrounding area isn't the best, but it's definitely not the worst either. Overall, I'd say it's a good budget hotel if your just looking for a place to sleep and aren't expecting to be hanging around the hotel much.

Bathtub had black stains and I wondered if it could be coated so that it did not look dirty

A bargain worth staying atPosted Aug 13, 2012
Location: Right off I44
We arrived at the hotel at 9 p.m. with some nervousness, because our friends whom we had just visited in Tulsa cautioned us that the hotel was not in a good part of town and that we should stay elsewhere. But since we had prepaid for our reservation, we went ahead with our plans and were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and quite adequate. There was a small outdoor pool and breakfast had a decent selection of foods including waffles. Considering what we paid for the room, the hotel was a great bargain and a good place for an overnight stay on a road trip, since it was located right on I44. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
