My bed wasn't made and I had to make it myself there was a new lady there who was very rude and had a problem with me asking for 5 blankets when it was myself my mom and 4 of my children there and the lady seriously checked my room number like I was lying and so I was very disappointed in this stay and hope they re-train her because she was the only one that made my stay bad plus the customer service wasn't the same and it took them longer to give my money back after we completed the stay

Tracy,We appreciate your feedback and choosing to stay with us. Sincere apologies your stay was not as comforting as we would love for your to be. From her checking your reservation, she based your extra bedding request off of the room you were in. It was not because she thought you were dishonest in anyway, and I hope you did not take offensive. In addition, in your last sentence if you are referring to your authorization hold during your stay for the incidental. It is immediately release from our systems, once you have checked out. Afterward it may take 3-7 business day to be release to your financial banking. At that point you should see only one transaction that was charged based on your stay. You're welcome back anytime. Hopefully, your next visit will be better than the last. Thank you again.

Property under construction and was not notified about this until after we arrived. Noticed pest issues and notified the front desk. Was informed that management would contact me but not sure if they will. Could be a nice place to stay if some TLC WAS AVAILABLE!!!

I booked a double room almost a month before this trip, I had 3 adults traveling in my group. When we checked in and got to the room it was a king with a sofa. I went back down to the desk and was informed they were completely booked and didn’t have any doubles left. I told them I booked this over 3 weeks out for that reason. Nothing they could do, sofa was a sleeper. One of our group said they would sleep on sofa. Said sofa was very uncomfortable, the room was very crowded with sofa opened to sleeper. Breakfast had limited options. There was no water as an option as a drink at the breakfast. I was charged an additional $25 from what I was charged with Expedia. Will be calling this morning to see what the deal is with that.

Have stayed there 2 times and although it is under construction, it was a very nice stay and I rested very well. Wish they would provide trays for the breakfast it would have made it easier to get back to the room as I was getting for two people.

I had already paid for my room and everything and then the day after we got home I got an email stating the hotel has charged me again which over drew my bank account. They were 2 completely different charges as well and it’s been a battle trying to get them to refund my money. Since we only stayed one night.

Overall, we had a great experience. The hotel, Hyde Park Suites is currently under new management, which is not stated on the website. Buffet breakfast is no longer available and the bar has been elimimated. Only a continental breakfast was available. The hotel room was clean. The only issue was that the pillows were flat and small; only for a twin or queen bed. Parking and entrance to the hotel was accessible and easy to maneuver.

We are under management and also in the process of changing brands as well. The bar is permanently gone but hot breakfast has returned. We are also in the process of getting new furniture and linens. We hope to see you again soon!

I am a frequent traveler. This is by far the best hotel I’ve been to all year. It’s QUIET, CLEAN and modern! I loved the little pub across the street, the area behind the hotel makes for a nice walk. Will definitely be back

Of all the hotels i have stayed in around the Tulsa area, this one checks all the boxes. I traveled as a single female and felt safe to go to my car at night, and was very impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of the staff.
