I booked a double room almost a month before this trip, I had 3 adults traveling in my group. When we checked in and got to the room it was a king with a sofa. I went back down to the desk and was informed they were completely booked and didn’t have any doubles left. I told them I booked this over 3 weeks out for that reason. Nothing they could do, sofa was a sleeper. One of our group said they would sleep on sofa. Said sofa was very uncomfortable, the room was very crowded with sofa opened to sleeper. Breakfast had limited options. There was no water as an option as a drink at the breakfast. I was charged an additional $25 from what I was charged with Expedia. Will be calling this morning to see what the deal is with that.
