I stayed on a weekend so got great parking free and close to the hotel, this could be an issue during the week and valet is $20 one of the more expensive parking in down town. I also thought that whilst the food was good all the extra charges for room service was a little steep. Over all though loved the hotel and will definitely be staying here again on future trips.

I was looking online for a nice hotel in Tulsa for a reunion with my first love. I chose the Ambassador because of their outstanding online site. It did not disappoint us at all. The hotel was beautiful with it's old world charm. The personnel were first rate. They made us feel so welcome and took care of our every need. I also wanted a restaurant onsite with a nice atmosphere and white linen tablecloths which they had. The food and service was wonderful. Our room was so comfortable and had everything you could ask for. I am looking forward to going back to the Ambassador and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Tulsa.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Everything is well maintained and very clean. It is nice to be able to park off the street and be in a safe location. The beds are comfortable. This is a very quiet hotel. The staff is very nice and accommodating .

Hotel was much better than expected. Newly remodeled rooms provided all the essentials and VERY close to the expo center. Staff was very friendly and rooms were very clean. AC worked great. Remember to bring your own shampoo because they do not provide, but that is the only thing that was missing.

When I arrived very late and checked in, my room was not what i expected or thought i signed up for, in a not so good way, yet the staff and management came up to bat.
They changed my room the next day and made my stay better then I expected.
I now feel like i have a home away from home when i Travel in Tulsa.
It's not the newest and best hotel, yet again, the management and staff made it a 4 star for me all the way. I was very comfortable being there and them taking care of me and my wants/needs. Staff was very friendly and family oriented, security and desk staff bent over backwards to make my stay enjoyable.
The only drawback was the internet service i needed for work was not assessable as i needed, sometimes worked sometimes not. It kept going on and off.
Of course the staff could do nothing about that, yet kudos for trying to help.
Also I called Expedia to explain my dismay, Expedia also bent over backwards to make me happy with my purchase choice through them.
