“extremely friendly & helpful”

very accomadating. my plans changed a few times and they were very helpful. we did not get a chance to use the pool, and it is small. they have a public computer, it was nice to be able to check my e-mail & face book. not everybody has a laptop or IPhone. they did not even charge me extra when I ended up having extra people staying in my room & eating breakfast. I will defently stay with them again

“Not Impressed - Bare Bones Motel”

While the Microtel was fine for people just driving through Claremore, OK, this was no place to go spend any amount of time. My husband was in Tulsa for a training session and then to attend the Fly-In at the Will Rogers Birthplace and I traveled with him to also attend the Fly-In. I had planned on staying at the Microtel, during the day, while he was in training and then we would meet up again at night. We saw that the Microtel was "right in town", but actually discovered that it was not close to the downtown section at all. There was nothing around the Microtel to walk to...no restaurants close by and nothing to do. The carpeting was dirty and since I am an avid yoga participant, I could not imagine putting my face close to the carpeting to do my routine, so I skipped it during our stay. The sheets smelled like Clorox and while the bed was comfortable, we were uncomfortable with the wall to wall mirror hanging above the bed. We only stayed one night of the scheduled 4 nights and then transferred to the Courtyard Marriott in Tulsa. This place would be fine for someone looking for just a bare bones motel with no kind of expectations but to sleep and take a shower.

“Never again”

Booked the room and even called to confirm. When I arrived they didn't even have a room ready for me. They wanted to give me one with no sheets on the bed and they said they would give me some to put on. Finally after 30 minutes i got a room even though they wanted to charge me more money. I will never go back.

“Worst Hotel Ever”

The staff was all new and inexperienced. The hotel appeared as if it was about to crumble. There were tarps on the North side of the roof, which were not even addressed. I still have no idea why there are there because as desperately as the hotel needs some maintenance, it wasn't receiving any. Because those rooms weren't available, the only suite they had available was smoking. The room was incredibly small without even room for an open suitcase. Breakfast was also disappointing. Their "main item" was hot pancakes that you pour yourself. So if you don't eat pancakes for breakfast, don't expect much. The price is super low, but I thought that's just because it was out away from anything convenient, but it turns out that it's only due to the lack of amenities. They did have free Wi-Fi!

upon checking in the desk clerk was very friendly and extremely helpful. After a long drive it was refreshing to meet such a friendly clerk
