Thank you for your review. Your safety is one of our #1 concerns. This is why we have cameras, well lit parking lot, security thru the night as well as locked entry ways. We appreciate that you felt safe. I completely understand how it is traveling alone.

The property was easy to locate. The staff wasnt overly friendly but they were nice. The room was clean but the whole point of choosing this location was for pool and hot tub use and the hot tub was out of commission. There were no towels in the pool room. Breakfast was ok but it was a very limited selection. All in all I would stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place.

Thank you for your review. We hope to see you again soon. I would like to apologize for the hot tub. I am waiting for our contractor to come by and fix the tile. I had a guest that nicked her foot on the tile and I would not want to cause any more pain to our guests. This was for your safety. Please forgive us, I was hoping to have it done by the weekend but our contractor was in Texas. I hope you give us another chance as soon I get it up and running again. We did have a note at the front desk as soon as you checked in to notify you about it.

Honestly it was dirty, really bad odor everywhere and there were like a lot of kids adults in the hot tub. We couldn’t use it because they were there the whole day!!!

I had a good night's stay here. While the property is showing some age outside the inside was nice. The staff was nice and helpful. My room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again. Excellent value.

When i got there to check in, i was the only person checking, and the lerson that was working at that time, appeared to be the manager ,finally came to help me after 30 min of waiting. He was i. His office and cojld clearly see me. Once he finally came out to belp he was not very friendly. Then i get to room and the heater would not work right, it wouldnt get avo e 69. Also the fitness center didnt hardley have any of the dumbells or free weights that was show. In the advertisement. Last but not least, the hot water did not get very hot and it didnt stay warm very long.

Thank you for your review. I would hardly say you had to wait 30 min to check in. We have cameras up on all computers and can clearly see you. If he was busy, I am sure he looked up with in the 5min you were there. But wit that being said, we do have the exact same amount of dumbells show in our pictures. No less, no more. I am sorry if it seemed more but we have just the one rack, We have the best treadmill, It is top quality and is appreciated very much. We will certainly look into the issue of the heater, We had all heaters working and if it went out, I do sincerely apologize. Thank you for your time.

The stay was great, the only problem I encountered was the heat in my room 216 went out on the last day, made for a quick shower as outside temp was minus 20 deg.

PSA...i guess we now know why hotels state "non-refundable". Maybe update your website pictures from 1908. Anyways, if you would like to make this right you definitely can issue me a refund ASAP being as i couldn't feel comfortable staying.

It is close to the interstate so is far noisier than I am used to, but I have stayed there before. My main issue was maintenance pounding away installing or fixing something right around 8am two of the four nights I stayed there. Its hard to sleep with hammers pounding.

The area around the property is in decline and I wasn't real sure about leaving my vehicle untended. Everything went just fine. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The rooms are comfortable with no problems.

If you want to save a buck then go for it, I would suggest spending a little extra on something decent. I spotted a bed bug, on top of that the hot water was completely non functional in my room. The properties surrounding this hotel definitely look and feel unsafe, I would just suggest you stay somewhere else if I’m being honest.

This was our first out of town trip with our fur babies. Picked it as it was listed pet friendly. The room we were in was nice and very clean with a microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast was hot!. Would have been awesome if the commons area had a poop bag/trash container like the property next door has around the pool area. Staff and facility were very nice on a budget. Glad we stayed.

Surrounded by abandoned buildings and right off the freeway, this building was losing paint and sidewalk covering on the outside, and stank on this inside. Hot water was broken, toilet leaked, roaches, paint on the beds, doors wouldn't close or lock, and literal handfuls of dust on the piping in the bathroom.
