The most disapointing stay in the hotel to that k

Pros: Nothing!
Cons: New management.
Location: The location is good.
The front desk clerck was rude, unfreandly, and no knowledge of his job and duties at all. I am wondering how his manager keep him in that spot and don't fire him. I allways use Marriott hotels and this is the first time I've got this experience. I'll think very hard to use this hotel chain anymore and I travel alot. Completely disappointed.

Unacceptable Mess

Pros: Loved the Staff. Fun, energetic, and helpful.
Cons: Hire better housekeepers with attention to details.
Location: Plenty to do in the area. My kids had a blast at the kids museum near downtown.
My family and I walked into our room and noticed a cigarette burn on the top blanket of one bed and "Other stains" on the other. We tried to pull out the fold out bed and realized that it was in the same condition that the people who stayed there before us left it in. The left behind personal blanket of the family was raveled up in the couch as well. The people were great but the these mistakes are unacceptable in my eyes.

Great location

Overall I had a wonderful overnight stay with my husband and children. Great location, plenty of places to eat and movie theatre close by.

staff made all the difference

We met some friends in Tulsa as a half way point. The pool and proximity to places to eat was a big selling point, as was the room set up. The staff was very accomadating- even moving our friends so we could have adjacent rooms. The downsides were: not enough clean towels for the pool, the pull out sofa did not have enough bedding, the fire alarm went off (a teenage prank) at 7:30 am- not the hotel's fault I know, and they messed up and billed me for both our room and our friends room. It is still not resolved, but the staff IS being patient and helpful about it.

My family really enjoyed our stay. It wasn't just the room that impressed us, because a room is just a room, it was the friendly service we got each time we walked past the from desk, or went to eat breakfast, etc... We have met a lot of "Polite" people, but when you add good manners with friendly service and smiling, it really makes your stay that much more pleasurable. Thank you to the whole staff of the Residence Inn.
