Nice hotel to spend a night or 2. Quiet. Clean.
“"I was very annoyed with the front desk clerk'-Lauren”
When I checked in, I was told it would be about 30 minutes as our room wasn't ready yet. Finally 55 minutes later, our room is ready but the clerk proceeds to ask me"Do You need a handicapped room" Well I am overweight but never in my life have I been this question.. We got to the room, absolutely no one towel in the room, They were delivered promptly. I then call for a phone book, I'm told by the same little clerk"Lauren",, No we don't have phone books in the rooms, we have one at the front desk and business center you can look at.. There is no phone book in the business center anywhere. . The room was very nice, bedding and pillows very comfortable, two tv's in the room, pull out couch.. The pool and jacuzzi was clean however the jacuzzi's jets just barely worked.. 4:30 in the morning, someone just keeps banging on the door and trying to get it, some man answered that he was on the wrong floor. One thing was great checkout was noon, we were still there at 1 pm, no maid was at the door bugging up..Besides for the front checkin clerk "Lauren" it was a very nice stay.
