Love Marriott hotels!Posted Dec 1, 2013
Pros: Just like every other Marriott I've ever stayed at, it is clean and there is a great consistency in that.
Cons: The indoor pool was awful! It was freezing! The water must have been 60 degrees, if that! For an indoor pool, I expected it to be heated.
Location: It was really handy and close to the highway. It was perfect for our Thanksgiving stop.
Overall, it was a great stay! The staff went above and beyond. The breakfast was constantly being refreshed by a very friendly woman. We stayed there on Thanksgiving evening as a stop-over before visiting other relatives in Kansas. Sure beats staying with relatives!!!

Close to shopping and restaurant'sPosted Sep 11, 2013
Pros: The breakfast was good and had plenty of choices for all in our party.
Cons: Raise the tv stand or mount the tv on the wall. Upgrade the AC system to central AC.
Location: Excellent location for shopping, restaurant's and local attractions.
The hotel stay was okay , our only problem was the AC unit was not a central unit therefore the living area and kitchenette area stayed warm and never got as cool as the bedroom. The odd shape of the room originally was pleasing until you realize that the the television is low and not very user friendly from the the bed.

Did not meet expectationsPosted Sep 3, 2013
We stayed here because the Expedia ratings were so good. The room was trendy looking and clean. But housekeeping did not visit during our stay. The sheets did not fit the bed well, and we only had one blanket and one flat sheet for the sofa bed. We could constantly hear footsteps from above and from outside the door--the gap under the door must have been a full inch. Breakfast looked delicious, since it was advertised on the doors and in the elevator, but the only place that breakfast hours (6:30-9 M-F; 7-9 S-Su) were posted was in the lobby. Perhaps we bear some responsibility, but ultimately we were early on Day 1 and late on Day 2 and so missed it altogether. The pool area was nice. It is 3'9" at the deepest, which is nice for young kids. But it lacked a spa, and seating was limited. Overall, it's a nice hotel, but we probably would have done better elsewhere--saved $20 at Sleep Inn or enjoyed ourselves more at the Doubletree.

Family weekend getawayPosted Sep 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
This was the first time we have stayed at Springhill and it was pretty good for the price, first room was hot and ceiling fan sounded like it was about to fall but they moved us to another room that was much better with higher ceilings and a little bigger. All the staff was really nice and helpful, breakfast was pretty good also. Rooms could have been bigger like other suite hotels we have stayed at close by but price was much better at the time. Overall good stay for the price and location was great!!

Comfortable, clean & roomyPosted Aug 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
Or suite was comfortable, clean and roomy. The double queen room was excellent for my confined stay. My husband enjoyed his breakfast downstairs and I enjoyed the use of the kitchenette's microwave and refrigerator in our room. The vanity sink separate from the bathroom was also a plus. Both of us would easily book this hotel again.

It was okay, nothing nice.Posted Aug 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
Our room was very bright even with the blinds closed, I don't know if it was the lights on the building or the street lights, either way the blinds dis not keep the light out. Our air conditioner did not work well- it was hot when we walkes in the room & it was already set on 68, we set it on 60 & it barely kept the room cold & it sounded like a helicopter!!!!

Good hotelPosted Jul 23, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel was located near a freeway, tons of restaurants, a cinema. The breakfast was decent. There was a pool for the kids to unwind in. We had two rooms next to each other. One double queen, one king, both were good enough space. We used the fridge for left overs which was convenient. The only problem was that one of our rooms smelled a bit sour. I checked all of our belongings and shoes, but it wasn't us. I reported it, so hopefully that room was steam cleaned. Other than that it looked clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The biggest stand out was how super friendly the staff were - helpful and chatty and approachable. That was nice.

Nice, large rooms. Highly recommendPosted Jul 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
Stayed overnight at this hotel. Both rooms that we can rented were large, nice rooms with very comfortable beds. Rates were good for the type of hotel. Highly recommend this hotel and we will be returning as well.

great locationPosted Jul 10, 2013 on Hotels.com
We were in Tulsa house hunting. We had not decided on a suburb before we came and our realtor had showings scheduled for us in Broken Arrow, Owasso, and Tulsa. The location of this hotel was great. We had a great stay and the staff was very friendly. Overall, I'd stay here again and reccomend to others.
