Me and my fiance got stuck on our floor for a hour at the elevator on the 11th floor and had to walk down the emergency staircase because the elevator was messed up and my woman had heels on that night probably won't be staying there again

Mixed Review - The Penthouse Bar was a disappointment.
Heaters didn't work, chipped glass, missing common liquor (vermouth) avoid the nachos
Front desk and valet were great.
Waited for our luggage in the room - didn't arrive so we went an retrieved it

We really enjoyed staying at this historic hotel. We stayed in one of their beautiful suites. Everything was clean and modern with nice quality finishes. They have a museum room that we found interesting. Beautiful rooftop bar overlooking the city. Will stay here again when we go to Tulsa.

Great place to stay, especially if you are going to an event at BOK Center, a beautiful historic building with lots to see and do nearby, and one of the best views in the city from the rooftop bar.

Beautiful hotel and view. The king bed was comfortable but we were disappointed. There were no linens or blankets for the advertised sofa bed.

All was well. Great place to stay. Cons - Shower went from hot to cold in a short time and my room key had to be reset 3X. Will stay again while in Tulsa!

The room was awesome and the front desk staff was very friendly and professional. The valet guys were super. There is really not much in the way of dining. And there are not a lot of places close by, some but not many.

The property was lovely and a close walk to the BOK center. The staff were friendly.
The downtown area has become rundown and there are a lot of homeless on the streets and sidewalks. Sad to see.

The Mayo is a beautiful hotel with all amenities you could want. It’s close enough to walk to the Cox Center and the BOK which was important to us. We loved the large space the hotel room offered as well. The staff was very friendly and were always happy to answer any questions. We will plan to stay here again. This was a great place to stay!

Beautiful structure. Thankful for reno and saving of the unique space. Elevators are loud. VIP benefits good for us. Convenient to everything downtown.

Mayo has some cool original architectural features... the old Mayan tiles in reception are super impressive. There is also a "museum" on 2nd floor with hotel history and local celebrity photos. Super huge and comfy room. Only to be super picky but the furnishings in lobby and rooms do not have much design aesthetic and appear to be a random hodgepodge of whatever was left.

I finally had a chance to stay at The Mayo, amazing place. An incredible place, with great staff who make your trip awesome. The rooms are great, well done restoration work for the old building. The lobby is beautiful, the rooms are very well done and tastefully decorated. Will certainly be back.

We took our grandchildren out for a fancy night on the town in Tulsa and The Mayo was a must. We were pleasantly surprised with the room and the fabulous hotel lobby. We will definitely come back some day.

Clean and well kept on this inside. Close parking options. Bar and restaurant closed really early. Outside of hotel had alot of trash accumulated

In town for a night away for our anniversary. Asked room service for extra pillows, blankets, and towels. They never showed so had to order again after returning from dinner. Went to the rooftop bar and the staff was so low energy it was like they didn’t want to be there so we just left. They were also on their phones.
