Old hotel with bad service

Posted Apr 17, 2012 on Hotels.com
I will be putting this hotel on my DO NOT STAY here list. The people didn't speak very good english, there was no coffee in my room(I had to go ask for it). The phone in the room didn't work and they did not fix it. The room didn't seem very clean. There wasn't even a book showing surrounding entertainment, ect. If there was a continental breakfast I wouldn't have gone to it.

Dirty,Nasty,Most rundown place i have ever seen

Posted Apr 2, 2012
Pros: When it was time to leave
Cons: Everything was crummy
Location: Looked like a pay by the hour place
There three days, never once did they take care of are room. Burnt out lights, garbage outside everwhere. Tv broke/ no alarm clock,no phone book, and no coffee or anything set out in morning. Dressers had all handles missing. Rooms werent like described. Was forced to stay b/c gunshow had every hotel in town booked. Pool wasnt open, looked like it probably has bin broke for awhile. Lobby always had someone inside with problems of one kind or another. Dirty/Nasty/most rundown place i have ever seen. Dont take the place b/c of lower price its not worth it. This place should be taken off of the site.

Pros: Close to Expo Center and food.

Tired re-paint

Posted Nov 15, 2011
This is an old facility which has recently been re-painted. The infra structure is antiquated. The check in process was delayed because of a minimally competent attendant. The breakfast consisted of a single pot of coffee for more than 40 rooms along with a few packaged sweet buns.

Nice, clean, economical room

Posted May 5, 2011
No frills, but that's not what I was there for. When the cost comes out of my own pocket, not an employer, why pay more? The highway was a bit loud, but I am a heavy sleeper, so it did not bother me.

Pros and Cons

Posted Apr 4, 2011
WOW!! Pros hot water in shower, AC worked, good location to what we wanted, quite. Cons dirty bathroom, sticky floor in bathroom, mold in shower, rust on anything metal, towels were stained and ruff, I have never seen a bar of soap so small, we ended up buying a bar from WalMart. It looks like they are trying to remodel, because there was new carpet and fresh paint but the bathroom sink had a paint can ring on it. So will I ever stay at this hotel again? Maybe, maybe not, who knows, if the price is really right? Sure

Perfect for What We Needed

Posted Nov 25, 2009
We were participating in an event at Tulsa Expo so this was very convenient for us, traveling back and forth several times a day. We were upgraded to a suite for no charge and it was really nice having the extra space and a kitchen so we weren't always stuck at restaurants for meals. It wasn't a fancy place but was perfect for what we needed -- something comfortable, quiet, roomy, and inexpensive.

This was a hotel?

Posted Sep 27, 2009 on Hotels.com
Obviously in the process of reconstruction...I hope. Front desk knew nothing about Hotels.com. Wanted to charge me again. Paint all over room and furniture. Air conditioner did not work. No wash cloths. Carpet was frighteningly dirty. Arrived very late at night. Room looked even worse in broad daylight. Stay away!
