It's a good hotel - close to the airport, close to La Marsa, Sidi Bou Said and Carthage too. And it's certainly within striking distance to Tunis. They are a professional lot by and large. Some front deskers speak English; others not so much but they are very accommodating. Good spa too. I would return and highly recommend it.

Amaizing hotel with a beatifull view of the lake. Very confortable rooms, great, quiet location, excelent gym with SPA and gourmet buffet breakfast. Will go back every time

We were very surprised at how wonderful the experience was. I have stayed at 1000's of hotels around the world and this rates near the top. Location worked for us as we wanted to visit my son who was working in town, but we also wanted to see Carthage and the beaches, and still be close to airport for early departure. Cabs not a problem. 24 hr room service was greatly appreciated after late night arrival. Pool and steam were fully appreciated. My son speaks Arabic, so English wasn't a necessity, but we also found some of the best English spoken in Tunis was at this hotel. Price relative to what we experienced the night before in Paris was about 3x the value. And BTW, I never write about hotels. Ever.

the hotel was good in general, some small cleanness issues was raised but the room was comfortable. I liked room service employee , they were extremely polite, kind and helpfull.

Everything was good and rooms were clean but it was a bit noisyat night for a couple of days due to wedding parties. Breakfast could also be improved.

It is a nice hotel with helpful and polite staff. Internet connection is good and the rest of the business services are acceptable. However avoid Saturday nights if you can in the summer, as weddings are often organized and they are loud.

very lovely, helpful staff, clean, beautiful, elegant. only one improvement would be a lock on the sliding door to the balcony.

The hotel was clean and good staff. I recommend but they dont offer alcohol if you are interested.
