Get someone in the kitchen who doesn't burn the f
We had previously stayed at this hotel. The decor has been improved, the Wifi is good. The triple bed room was small and the bathroom was tiny. The breakfast was rubbish - there is no professionalism - they can't even provide unburnt food. It is appalling food for the price being charged. Get someone in the kitchen who doesn't burn the food!!!

It was very bad choice, whole my stay they didn't clean the bathroom, towels can't be used, people are smoking anywhere including restaurant( I complain to the reservation disk and I told them I book for non smoking room they told me we can't control the smokers, so it's allowed any where). The food same menu every day, quality not bad. The TV channels I can't believe. Really I didn't advise any one to book on this hotel.the attached photo I got it from their elevator.

Do not stay at the floor below 4th!
Horrible music from the bar downstairs every single day starting from 10 pm ending at 2-3 am. Literally impossible to sleep, even the walls were vibrating. So when checking in request the top floor so that u can get a good night sleep. Overall the hotel is good, okay breakfast clean rooms, good dinner and staff at the reception are okay.

Bad attitude in the Reception specially the night
From my First time in Tunisia and last time in this hotel , the hotel location it’s ok , cleanliness is average really noisy in the morning and afternoon, they not let any guests to your room until they get a passport from your gust which as I found annoying thing I was arguing about that with the guy in the reception and he was aggressive not even give u a chance to explain (afternoon shift), There is two escalators in the building one of them is working in the other one it’s not ,thats mean you have to wait around 3/5 minutes sometimes, I not recommend this hotel for a long stay The only good thing is u can exchange currency in the reception, if you try to make a payment in the restaurant or in the bar with your card that’s impossible, you have to go to the cash point outside and not all the banks cash machine accept your card ( I hold a Uk bank account) Never again in this hotel
