The worst hotel i ve ever seen in my life.

I booked this hotel thru expedia. I flew from Dubai. Arrived the 5th around 2pm. I noticed a very strange heavy noise coming from the AC. I reported it to the front desk and they said it s normal. Since I am only staying two days in Tunis for the first time. I din t want to make big deal out of it. Right away i changed and I went sightseing the rest of the day. When i came back to the hotel in the evening.i found the whole room flooded. water coming from the ceiling and from the AC. My pants was all wet. I was so exhausted and overwhemed to see this. So i called the front desk right away asking them to come & see what s happening on my room and asked them to move me right away to a different room. The receptionist said: we are over booked tonight. No more rooms but i will send someone to clean the water and fix the problem without even any appology. Since it was my first time in Tunisia. I didn t want ti drag myself late night looki g for a hotel. So i said plz do send someone asap as i really need to sleep. I waited one HR. Noone show up so since all my staff still packed. I went downstairs and told the front desk man to move me to a clean riom as i need to sleep & the room is flooded it will take them ages to take care of the problem. He said ni room. I just couldn t help myself but to leave that night and all what they said we can t give u ur money. Expedia has it. U didn t pay us. I was lucky to find a close by hotel that night but this was the worst experience ever.

Very poor condition nothing worked not even elevators , staff not friendly at all.. Disco goes till late sat night. No sleep here.

Bon site pour le travail mais hôtel qui manque d'entretien et de réinvestissement; un deux étoiles selon des critères européens mais pas un 3 étoiles.

Pros: Personnel très gentil et serviable
Cons: Réglage de la climatisation inopérante
Location: Proche de l'aéroport
Réglage de la climatisation inopérante: bloquée en chauffage maximum.... Chaleur étouffante. Salle de bain à rafraichir (carreaux fissurés, robineterie oxydée, odeur de détergent importante...) Mais personnel très gentil et serviable Proche de l'aéroport

ac didnt work very well and manager said none of them did,Came down at 5am to check out and all security staff and assistant manager asleep.Would not get up to check me out so security staff did.

Pros: la professionalita' unita alla simpatia
Cons: niente
Location: E facile avere come base l'hotel e scoprire tutti i giorni i piccoli villaggi della costa, stare lontano dalla confusione della città
E' molto tranquillo, a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro e dalle stazioni da cui partono i treni per la costa.10 minuti dall'aeroporto.Anche il ristorante offre una buona scelta, ottimo anche per chi come me è vegetariano.I costi sono limitati e non manca niente, c'è anche il wifi. Personale disponibile e simpatico, ci si sente ben accolti.
