All services and facilities are shut down (no room service, no dining, etc). The pool hosts daily independent parties blasting music from 2pm to 11pm making impossible to relax. Parts of the hotel are not lit inside making feel not that safe to walk around alone at night since there are very few residents. Additionally, staff are extremely rude and have called my room at 1am to settle a bill from the bar.

10 minutes outside Le Marser we really enjoyed our stay and would definately return one day. The hotel was so clean and the staff so friendly and ever so helpfull when it came to taking taxis. Room service was brilliant as was our room being made up every day. My only downside is I wish we had a table and chairs on our balcony to sit on but I just put this down to us visiting our of summer season

The hotel seems dated, but otherwise it has all facilities, just needs a minor renovation, also check in and checkout could be faster. Otherwise people working were friendly and courteous.

Chambre sale, draps non changés à l’arrivée, poils et traces de sang. Service catastrophique, non organisés... Ils ont faillit nous faire rater notre bateau sur le retour car ils avaient soit disant un soucis avec expedia auquel nous ne pouvions rien faire de toutes façons. Ils nous ont fait payer 2 fois les taxes de séjour, ont essayé de nous faire payer un service de bar que n’avons même pas utilisé.

Very bad services
Services are very poor. Trying to take money from the customer in all ways + I was late on the flight because I did not sue in time and I did not have a taxi waiting to take me to the airport and I paid 40 Tunisian dinars, saying housing taxes - about 30 euros

Terrible Customer Service/Theft
Upon checkout, a gift bag with 2 very expensive colognes/perfumes were incidentally forgotten (left) in the room. Upon asking the customer service (main desk) on the same day about the status of that bag; I was informed that the staff/cleaning crew couldn't find it and somehow It was mysteriously vanished. Ironically, I would expect an incident like this out of a cheap motel, but not out of a self-proclaimed 5 star hotel. Never advice anyone to stay here.

A three star hotel in a crumbling four star shell
A three star hotel in a crumbling four star shell. The strange, slightly isolated location adds to its....mystique...I suppose. A nice enough foyer leads to old-fashioned check-in from the 1980s. The walk to the elevator is past closed/abandoned/hibernating "boutiques" and a photo (yes, **film**) studio. If the strong chlorine smell coming up from the indoor pool doesn't put you off (near the lift), the broken gym equipment on the third floor will. A nice enough view to the ocean spoilt by, at closer inspection on foot, moved-aside barbed wire spools and flotsam/garbage on the beach. A sad, pensione-style breakfast in a cavernous reception-hall "restaurant".

This hotel is tired in so many places that count like the rooms, with the room furniture, bedding, beds, rugs, TV, all needing replacement. The electronic door locked me out every time I left the room. They've done a fair job with the main lobby and furnishings but you don't sleep in the main lobby. The pool is ok, but locals are allowed so it was busy and even though it overlooks the sea, no beach.

Not impressed at all
Public space including swimming pool was well maintained and wonderful. But the level of the maintainance of individual rooms was not so good. The room is a bit humid and smells a bit, too. Nails are sticking out from the frames of the baby bed and they said it is normal. Also the level of the service was poor. The finished dishes of the room service were left on the corridor several days (with left over food...). Dry cleaning did not come on time. Complains on the phone were simply hung up. The restaurant manager was asking my wife to have some drinks outside when she was staying without me but with our baby for the first couple of days. Having said that there were some very friendly and helpful nice employees. All in all the management is not doing the right job. It is a pity....

J’ai passé une semaine entre copine c’est censé être un 4/5 étoile sa ne l’es vaut pas pas de room service propreté laisse à désirer femme de ménage quasi absente le personnel de l’hotel très hautin ne répond jamais au téléphone on à demandé le service pour laver notre linge on a jamais eu de retour après une semaine pire hôtel de ma vie et je trouve que hôtel.com ment sur les photos deux fois que je me fait avoir avec eux

Convenable mais ne vaut pas un 5 étoiles . La douche passer de l’eau chaude a l’eau froide impossible de se laver . Petit déjeuner correct mais j’ai connu mieux . Chambre assez vieillotte déçu pour un palace . Pas terrible
