Very nice Hotel in Historic area of Tunja

Posted Jun 17, 2014 on Hotels.com
Very nice hotel in a nice part of Tunja. Would definitely stay there again. The breakfast was more than anyone could ask for. The staff was very friendly. Definitely helps to speak Spanish. There were some minor things about the Hotel and it's locale that make it hard to compare it to Hotels in the US but overall it was a very nice stay. Bedding was very comfortable. Don't think you find anything in town there to rival it. Read some reviews complaining about noise from a nearby disco that we only noticed because of the prior comment that was posted. It was not a problem. And we read another comment about the elevators that maybe used to be an issue but we found the elevators to be in perfect condition. The WiFii was great.

A good option for a standard mid-range hotel

Posted Apr 21, 2014 on Hotels.com
The room was large and clean with a good sized tv plus an iPhone charger / player / radio. There are wall to wall windows with great views! The service was friendly. There was a good breakfast included in the rate. My only complaint was that they advertise having a gym but what they have absolutely does not qualify in any way as a gym. Other than that enjoy your stay because Tunja has a lot to offer, it's not just a transit point to other places.

Well located, near the town center, friendly staff, nice rooms, good food. Nice hotel for short business trips.
