“Hotel stay”
The hotel was undergoing rennovations, so construction was in several areas- but our hotel room was neat and clean. The breakfast was supposed to be complimentary, but the restaurant attendant told us that no breakfast was free. After providing the information provided by Expedia stating breakfast was free, she allowed the free breakfast and was pleasant after that.
“Comfortable hotel”
The hotel was doing some renovation during our stay, but it caused no inconvenience. It was a great place for our short stay. And the staff was very friendly.
“Awful”
All the amenities that we wanted to use were "out of service" because of "construction." Rooms were sterile and uncomfortable. Our room was freezing and we couldn't even get a thick topsheet let alone a blanket from the staff. Horrible.
“Not impressed”
I believe this was a three star property, and I suppose it might be that was the problem. I was just expecting a little more from a Courtyard Marriott. The pillowcases were all wrinkled on the bed, just not a lot of care had been taken of the room.

Great location, clean rooms, friendly service. Great overall experiance and the nicest hotels I have stayed in Tupelo
“Clean and relaxing!”
The staff was very curteous and attentive. The room was very clean and the hotel had a very relaxing atmosphere. I also loved that the hotel encourages wandering around, because we love to explore! I would definately stay here again!
“Nice Stay in Tupelo”
Arrived late at night and found courteous staff and pleasant accommodations. First floor rooms will hear a little road noise, but nothing new there.

Hotel was OK, but not inviting. Staff were always "Hiding" in the back room and were not friendly and welcoming.

Staff was very helpful and you could tell they were going to do everything to make my stay the best.It is nice to know you can still get good service some where.
