Nice property Attentive staff Room nicely furnished Mattress could use an update. Bathroom door -poor design hits the glass shower door. Overall, great place to overnight.

We were traveling to and from the Ole Miss and LSU game and chose this particular location and it’s worth every minute we spent here! The breakfast was DELICIOUS & AMAZING…French Toast and Loaded Hash browns….Thank You for a great visit…We will be back!

BDAY WKND VIBE
Overall my 3 day weekend stay was nice, my only problem was our tv wasn't working. They gave u some troubleshooting directions that didnt work. After we had unpacked and got comfy they asked if we wanted another room but i wasn't trying to go thru those motions. Other than that, the trip was a success and i would recommend the hotel

The property is in a great location and overall clean and in good condition. However, the service is lacking. We stayed two nights and never had a housekeeping visit to take out trash or provide clean towels. The room also had a musty smell.

Did not like that they offered a hot tub and did not have one!!!! Had a baseball team there and could not go to sleep till 11 pm!!!!! Was there to rest and could not until 1 am. Front desk had a very hard time controlling everyone and only catered to baseball team and not others!!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay during a softball tournament. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. I was able to wash softball gear as needed. Our room was clean and nice. The fitness area was perfect and clean. The area is surrounded with stores and restaurants. We will definitely be returning.

Overall, our stay was good. Upon arrival, we were checked into a room with a few issues (mainly an odd odor, like mildew, and a toilet that didn't work). After contacting the front desk clerk, our complaints were recorded, and we were transferred to another room. The new room was satisfactory, and we were happy with our stay. We were also contacted by a manager after our stay to apologize for the issues. While I didn't find the facilities outstanding, I appreciated the staff's help and willingness to remedy the issues. They had cute breakfast bags Saturday morning as well, and we appreciated that gesture. Overall it was a good stay.

Nice hotel didn’t like that they are still using COVID as a reason to keep the Starbucks closed and not serving breakfast.

Our room was clean and ready. I had no problem with our room. My problem was the staff member checking me in. When checking in, I observed the staff pleasantly offering bottled water and explain the hours for breakfast to the guests in line in front of me. I expected a pleasant exchange. When it came to my turn, I asked if I may have a room with a balcony and the reply was a curt ‘No’. I said ‘How about the first floor? Is there one available?’ Once again, the reply was ‘No.’. I was handed a single key (even though my party had two guests), and told ‘Room 316’. No water, breakfast instructions, or an offer for two keys. When we got to the room, it had a balcony…I don’t know what the woman had against me, but I am a smiley, friendly person and did not expect that sort of attitude:(

I liked it was walking distance from places to eat.. It was very loud at bed time though in the hotel itself. May children running up and down the hallway and yelling.
