Torino stay.
Was a very excellent stay. Room was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Restuarant was top notch and food was very good including the free breakfast. Will stay again when in Turin. 😊😊

Pleasantly surprised. Free parking on site; a few miles to the city centre of Turin, but good access via car. Hotel staff were lovely, especially the lady who was working when we checked in (forgotten her name!). The room was large family room, and the bathroom and room were spotless. Hairdryer etc all in with plenty of soap and shampoo etc Even dug out a converter for us to use whilst there

Brilliant reception team. I messed up by booking 2 rooms instead of 1, both non refundable. The hotel manager spotted this and immediately sorted it out and got me refunded via Hotels.com. Definitely on my list of go to hotels in Turin area of Italy. Five stars for service and honesty. Another star for the food which was excellent.

Good hotel near to the end of the Metro
We booked here because of the easy parking and proximity to the Turin Metro station, along with easy access to the main motorways. We were upgraded to a room with a loft sleeping area. It was very nice, and comfortable. Overall, our impression was that it was a high quality hotel, with staff that clearly were trying hard to make the stay as nice as possible. The internet in the rooms wasn't great - it kept dropping out and only gave a strong signal in a few parts of the room. While we were there, the hotel restaurant was closed - probably because of COVID. But there were plenty of places to eat nearby. The Metro station is about 10 minutes walk away. Overall, a good experience.

Nice and clean place in Torino
Nice and clean room, good service, excellent breakfast. Relatively close to Torino, about 20 minutes from Torino center. Closest metro station is Paradiso, I recommend taxi from Torino Porta Nuova o Porta Sousa, as there was no taxi available in Paradiso station and it is a long walk with luggage from the station.

Blu Hotel - Torino | Review
I would consider this hotel to be well below average. There's not much happening around the hotel. The rooms are very old and the bed is barely comfortable enough for a good night sleep. The hotel will do if you need somewhere cheap to stay for a day but I wouldn't recommend it for more than a day. The service was fine and besides the fact that there is no air conditioning starting in October, I don't have any specific complaints. It is just that it is an average hotel at best with minimal expectations. It is about 17 kilometers away from the airport and about 7 kilometers away from Juventus stadium. 9 KMs away from city center.

Good hotel, but a 10 minute walk from the closest metros (Paradiso or Fermi). Not the best choice of you're looking for something near the city center. Room service did a great job cleaning and replenishing supplies. The free breakfast was great. The wifi was a bit spotty, but generally worked ok. I wouldn't rely on the wifi to use Skype or another demanding Internet application. The only thing that turned me off was the attitude and poor work ethic of one of the reception employees (all the others were lovely). When I asked him if he could look up how to get to Bergamo airport, he waved his hand toward another area of the lobby and said "you can use the computer to look it up. I'm working right now." He didn't help me with that at all, even though that too would have been part of his job. Overall, our stay at Blu Hotel was pleasant, though.

The hotel was located in an industrial zone so there wasn't much to do near by. The restaurant was very good and our waiter was very friendly.

Nice place. Brilliant location for my purposes. Very good breakfast. Did find some dripping red marks in the bathroom which concerned me a little bit and had to request to change room after the second night as was close to the reception area and was quite noisy. I am thinking of going back for work purposes and would stay there again

The hotel did not meet what was in the decription . It is classified as 4 stars and I would give it 2 stars. Even in the hotel there are places that has a logo with only 3 stars. Very difficult to find. Is in an industrial area. The girl at the reception "barked and growled" at me and threw the key at me. Did not give me any information about the hotel such as where was the elevator. You have to go up one flight of stairs to get to reception so if you have heavy luggage you have to drag it up there. Even though I asked if there was another way in with no stairs she said no. Later I found a back entrance. Would NEVER STAY THERE OR RECOMMEND IT

The staff was great! We knew of a few things we wanted to see and do in Turin, but the staff gave us so much information and direction that Turin was one of our favorite destinations on our Italy tour and we wished that we had more time to spend there. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the metro station, but that will take you to the centre of Turin. The room was large and clean, the breakfast buffet had lots of options and the hotel had lots of space for parking.

Great Hotel Stay
I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was absolutely wonderful with us. The rooms were clean and worked perfect for what we needed. I traveled with children and the couch in the room made into bunk beds that the kids loved. The hotel is about a 600 meter walk to the metro that takes you straight downtown. They have a little buffet breakfast for you in the morning as well. If I ever go back again I will definitely stay at this hotel. By the way check out the Egyptian museum while you are there. That is the whole reason we went to Torino and it was worth it.

Hôtel pour une halte. Chambre propre et personnel très bien. L’isolation était catastrophique! Nous avons eu droit à la discussion de nos voisins (qui ne hurlaient pas) de 0h à 2h et aux ronflements le reste de la nuit. Même pour une nuit je ne reviens pas.

o quarto era grande e muito bom, mas o frigobar não funcionava. Cafe da manhã 7 euros por pessoa inclusive criança. Não muito distante do metro foi um bom hotel. O mercado COOP era fantastico.

nous avons pris cette hôtel entre autre pour le restaurant sur place, qui malheureusement était fermé ce dimanche soir, la chambre est a refaire, taches sur la tapisserie, trou dans les rideaux, frigo qui ne refroidit pas, pas une chaîne TV en français même pas TV5 Monde, il est dit qu'il parle le français, mais à peine 5 mots. Bref, les 4 étoiles ne sont pas justifiées, sans parler de l'environnement. Heureusement que nous restions qu'une nuit !

Plus loin de Turin qu initialement pensé mais propre et très bon petit déjeuner. Un taxi dans le centre coûte 20€ aller. Week-end chargé ou les chambres avaient doublé de prix dans Turin du coup super option
