Very good location and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Room as so often a little small since a bathroom had been chopped out of the original spacious room but it had reasonable storage space and there was a large and comfortable residents lounge on the first floor.

Great small, friendly hotel in a perfect location and in walking distance of all the major sights that Torino has to offer. Located on a tiny side street with very little traffic; with tram and bus stops at the corner. Would recommend rooms not fronting on the main artery.

Hotel Chelsea close to theatre.

I chose Hotel Chelsea because it was close to the Teatro Regio in Turin which was my reason for visiting the city. I was very impressed with the friendly and helpful attitude of the staff who were only too pleased to answer my enquiries about other destinations in the city.

I was very satisfied: central location, friendly service, and a good restaurant downstairs. Breakfast options were somewhat limited compared to many other European hotels, but breakfast was adequate (dinner was very good).
