“I was so impressed!!!!! I will say this might be the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in.....”

“Great hotel and amazing deal”
This hotel is one of the best deals I have ever had. The rooms are clean, well maintained and well proportioned. The hotel is in a good location, and while there two blocks walk through a slightly seedy area to get to the center, the area is lively and hence not dangerous (this Europe, not the US). The staff is helpful and friendly. And the prices are very, very reasonable. Perfect for a business or leisure trip where you want a four star hotel, but perhaps wouldn't usually be able to afford one.
“very good staying”
The hotel is very good and is located close to the main train station. However, the street in front of the hotel is currently close du to working in progress for the new Turin's subway.
“Excellent option in Torino”
The hotel is located in an old and nice building with a lot of comfort. Our room was very nice, well decorated and clean. Besides that our room had two air-conditioning equipments, so it is an ideal choice if you go in summer. Very recommendable.
“Very nice hotel”
Great hotel and great location - close to train station & bus stop, and walking distance to city center.
“Wonderful value!”
My wife and I stayed at the Mercure on Oct 17th '09. We arrived by train and easily walked with our bags to the Hotel which is right around the corner. The staff was polite and friendly. The hotel is crisply clean and quiet in spite of the busy street outside. Our room was medium small but had all the amenities a traveller could need . At 4:45 In the morning, the hotel had a cab waiting for our trip to the airport. All of Turin's sites are within walking distance of the Mercure for anyone in reasonable shape. The neighborhood at night is busy and has the occasional tipsy locals hanging out on the corners, but well -to- do pedestrians were out in force. If we go back to Turin I know we'll be staying at the Mercure.
“Good Hotel near Porta Nuova”
Thia is a 4-star hotel that is located very close from Porta Nuova. Quality of hotel service is very good and the room condition is satisfactory. However, you have to pay for the internet use.
“Good value for location, will go back.”
Visited Torino for a conference held at the Lingotto conference center. While the hotel is nowhere near the conference center, it is across the street from the main train station and metro station, making it extremely convenient. Neighborhood is very sketchy if you walk South of the hotel. However, once you walk North you find yourself in central Torino which is truly amazing. The hotel is clean. I stayed in two different rooms, one was very big (stayed alone) and the other one smaller, but I went there to stroll and work, not to stay in my hotel walking in the room... Room has mini-bar, TV with nice selection of Italian channels, Spanish channels and CNN, safe, closet, desk, and enough outlets (220V) for electronic gear. Wifi available but you have to pay the week rate to make it worthwhile. Staff is friendly and most speak English. Would stay there again.
“Location”
Dodgy area but nice hotel and great people
“Excellent stay, staff very friendly and helpful”
Had a recent two night stay. Was pleasantly surprised at the condition and the room was more spacious than expected. Was concerned about secure parking, and they had off street, gated courtyard available for extra charge. That was helpful. City was interesting, but not clean and their fantastic architecture is in keen need of TLC. Can understand how once upon a time it was an amazing city.
