“Would certainly stay again”

This was a very nice hotel, excellent welcome, friendly staff, although completely professional. Very clean and maintained beautifully - no hassle. We could not have stayed at a better place on this trip.

“Good rate price/quality”

Hotel not far from city centre and well serviced with local buses and trams. Very good rate room price/quality. Very friendly staff.

“Recommended”

Top floor room nice size for a single traveller for a couple of days. Clean, air-conditioning a must in a hot city which worked fine. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast nice. Only gripe was the shower was tiny and no tea/coffee in the room.

“OK but not a 4*”

the place is clean and confortable but quite old. It said 4*....don't think so...

“On the fence”

Had a single room: exceptionally small and you couldn't swing a kitten, let alone a cat, in the bathroom. Relativley clean and staff were helpful although the night duty manager did not speak any English. Not sure how it's got a 4* rating as it's certainly not that with facilities limited to a bar and restaurant. A good 25-30 minutes walk to the centre or anywhere of interest.

“Why four stars?”

This hotel not only did not deserve 4 stars it should be grateful with 2!!!! Let's start with the room- small and smelled of smoke and urine! The toilit litterally had 8 inches between the bowl and shower pan (had to sit sideways)! Hotel staff were completely rude and not helpful with anything. The worst part was the location of the hotel, good thing the train station was right outside because you'll want to leave the area as soon as possible! For this price stay somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!
