I always choose to stay in NH whenever I travel. It's a quality and location guarantee. Similar to other NH hotels I stayed before, the staff is excellent. Everyone is helpful and friendly. They speak good English and will walk their miles to support their guests. Thanks to the reception lady who gave us a late check out, her colleague who helped us with the restaurant booking and the wonderful service at the bar downstairs. Also big compliment to the cleaning lady who helped to keep our room clean. Highly recommend the hotel to everyone

Couple break
Weekend stay for birthday celebration. Room is very nice, spacious with modern facilities. Lovely view of the city from floor 8. Beds werent changed everyday which was disappointing. The hotel reception area was extremely busy as the hotel was hosting a conference which was frustrating when looking for quick advice.

Easy underground parking, good size room and comfortable bed. Great air-con. the restaurant was close the entire stay - maybe private conferences? But there were plenty of eating options in the neighbourhood.

Beautiful hotel, modern and comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Great location a short walk from Porta Sousa train station, but not so close that you can hear the trains. Just perfect. Porta nova station also just a few minutes walk away.

The staff at the NH Centro are terrific, very friendly and incredibly helpful with all kinds of issues - we were there 11 nights, so lots of stuff came up. We particularly liked the bar, lovely and friendly and comfortable and low key. The hotel did a very good job of making us feel welcome, and the breakfast and restaurant are very nice. If you want to be in this neighborhood, then a great fnd.

This is a very convenient property. It is located in the center of the city. It is a 10 to 15 minute walk from the major tourist sites and historical buildings. It is a typical Northern Italian city with beautiful buildings and wonderful people.

Pleasant stay
The room and hotel itself was lovely, but very noisy room I could hear people above me walking around and also we was next to the stairs and could head foot steps, I didn’t sleep at all for the two nights which spoilt it as very comfy room. Lots of walking but via Roma was great for shopping. Enjoyed Turin

Terrible WiFi and bad breakfast
The WiFi in the room was super slow.I had to use my mobile data and create a hotspot for work. In addition to that, the breakfast was below standard for NH hotels and together with WiFi problems, it made my stay much worse than expected. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone coming there for business trip where you need to do some work in hotel room.

A Bit DIsappointing for an NH
I have stayed at numerous NH hotels. This one was disappointed on the service side. First our room sink didn't drain. So why do you put someone in a room like that. When I asked for service it was Sunday and they couldn't fix it. They offered another room but I didn't want to move for one night. The bar was not manned at 630 and I had to go ask for help. Someone came and made drinks but it wasn't the bartender. Just really weird service

Good one-night stay
Everything was great except for some issues with the toilet, which I'm sure could be easily fixed.Otherwise, the room was pretty spacious and clean. Location felt safe and withing walking distance to one of the major train stations as well as to intercity bus stop and Airport express bus service pick-up location - extremely convenient!
