A great place to visit Turin.
The hotel is very nice and the service is great. I enjoyed my stay very much and it was in a very good walking proximity to the historic attractions.

it's a really nice hotel to stay in. The reception were helpful and very welcoming. I recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Turino. For sure , next time we'll visit Turino I'll choose this hotel again.

Overall good, but definitely not a 4 star hotel Decent breakfast, though as a vegetarian, having no suitable veg hot wasn't great and the peas, which was the only hot item was touching the meat and the same utensils are being used, which isn't really acceptable. Rooms are outdated, and need renovation. Temperature in the room couldn't be controlled, and the TV is about 18 inches, which is pretty rubbish for a 4 star hotel. Similarly, no kettle/tea/coffee in the room, and 5 euro charge of you want this, which again for a 4 star hotel is poor. No amenities in the hotel, so again not sure why this is a 4 star. No gym, pool, spa, etc. Location is ok. 17mins walk from il Mercator. Buses to central Torino is a 11 minute walk, and the journey in total takes 25 mins. Staff were friendly, and helpful with regards to a late checkout. Overall and average stay, and definet room for improvement.

The reception at the hotel is quick, the staff is very friendly, everything I asked for I got, the room is clean and the hotel is clean, room cleaning service and towel change every day, The room I got just like in the pictures on the website, rich and varied breakfast - highly recommend.

The staff were exceptionally courteous, efficient, friendly and helpful' We did not like having to 5 euros pd for a kettle - and no milk. There should be information on the restaurant and bar in the rooms. There should be tourist information in the rooms.

Well run hotel with an excellent breakfast buffet. Front desk staff are friendly and very helpful. Rooms are a decent size. Location is slightly out of the center but easily reachable by public transport which is frequent.

Large and fairly charmless but a very good value. Close to the airport and yet $12 taxi to the historic center of Turin and close to public transportation. Fantastic breakfast!!

Bedrooms clean and comfortable. I request rooms for 2 but could not choose twin or double and we got doubles. For the 1st night it was too late, but the 2nd night it was solved. One of the bedrooms at the last floor was noisy and we were offered another bedroom. Breakfast is ok. Location is fine, next to the train station.

good location, decent room, bed comfy - but not a 4 star hotel. - no in-room coffee/tea maker/kettle - you could rent for €5!!! - minibar had free water, nothing else - air con didn't seem to cool the room breakfast was about the worst I have found recently. I like fresh fruit salad with cereal - this only had tinned fruit - or bowls of fruit to peel yourself. The cooked food was quite extensive but didn't look appetising. coffee from the machine at breakfast was ok, but for a 4* I would have expected the waiting staff to get real coffee from the barrista machine that was there but not used. The bar was small. There are 2 others apparently, but the only one in use was able to seat 8 people, and the bar staff was intermittently available - you had to go to reception to ask him to come to serve. Overall, Pacific Hotel Fortino - you could do a lot better....

Very good hotel with restaurant and bar in the - 1 level. Rooms are big, clean, comfortable and the staff is very friendly. Its around 3.5kms from Torino Central Station. It's rather cheap for the great service and comfort it offers.

After a very grumpy welcome, the rest of the staff were very friendly. The room was basic (definitely not 4 star) but fine. The breakfast was fantastic - so much choice for everyone.

The hotel is not in a great location, which is a bit run down and not entirely pleasant. On top of this, the walking times given on hotel.com are wildly optimistic, mostly half the time it actually takes to get to the places listed. The hotel has three bars, but none were open until 6pm, for food or drinks. After a 6hr drive, and arriving when it was raining heavily, I didn’t expect to have to leave my hotel and get soaked, just to have a much-needed beer! That said, the man on reception did at least offer me and my pregnant wife an umbrella, when sending us out into the rain, rather than finding some way to open a bar... The room was pretty solid, and the breakfast pleasant, too.

Nice old-fashioned hotel in residential area. Breakfast beyond expectations. Only one problem for me: they use too much detergent for bed linen... smell so strong, impossible to sleep.

Great value for money
The Hotel was excellent value for money. A few minutes walk from the Dora Railway which runs direct to the airport for 3 euros. It probably takes 20 mins to walk in central Turin but it's a straight line. Hotel was clean, staff friendly. Breakfast had loads of options, I would definitely use it again.

Very Pleasant Stay
Excellent Hotel - very clean and comfortable. Reasonably priced and secure parking at a good daily rate. This hotel is very well located for access to the airport and train station. Breakfast was really good - fantastic choice.

Very comfortable and excellent value
This hotel was a great find. Comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, a lovely meal in restaurant and a very good breakfast buffet. Not far from railway connection to airport. It is about half hour on foot to main town centre but as we don't mind walking this wasn't an issue.
