“I would definetlly stay trhere again when I return to TCI”
The resort was convenitely located cloae to banking and groceries. The notewortthy item was the front counter staff who were spectacular. The air conditioning in the room needed work. A very well located resort a short walk from the beach. All staff helpful. Excellent service and atmosphere all round!!!!!!!!!!!!
“very good hotel on the budget”
Turks&Caicos is the best. Everyone at the hotel is very nice except this girl at the desk named Jennifer that kept insisting on giving us the wrong pick up place for snorkeling trip even though we would insist on telling her that we saw every day people being picked up at the beach she would tell us to wait by the dock and look at us like we had some kind of mental problem. The next day before we left we asked the other lady at the desk who was delightful, to call and reconfirm and she told us yes wait at the beach by seven stars resort which is next to Comfort suites beach access and actually we noticed the boat wouldn't make any stops by the dock at all, so we would have missed our boat and they have your credit card number to hold your reservation so they could have charged us. it doesn't bother us that she gave us the wrong information is the unwillingness of her to pick up the phone and reconfirm. She is kind of younger and voluptuos and the other ladies they are older, were so nice and this young guy who actually recomended us the Dreamtour was the best always smiling and polite I wish they would make them wear name tags. The hotel is very clean and I loved the tropical plants on the grounds, so pretty. Cleanliness isthe most important thing in a hotel and the beach is one of the most beautiful beaches I had ever seen. The other complain is the same girl told us they ran out of beach towels which is unforgivebale, I understand chairs but towels that could ruin your day
“typical budget place to stay”
This is a very good deal, if you don't want to spend a fortune on a oceanfront resorts in Provo. The place is about 5min walk from the ocean, has some beach facilities, and is next to a bank, and a nice supermarket. However, don't expect too much from it - the breakfast is very basic, slightly worse than an average Comfort Inn in US. The pool is a bit smelly and the rooms - dampy. Overall, a convenient place to spend a night or two on the island, but wouldn't recommend it as a place for a vacation.
“Good choice for the money.”
This hotel is a nice enough for a family to stay. Pool is convenient in center of everything and a short walk to a beautiful beach. Free breakfast is just okay. Internet was not working when we were there but only stayed one night on the way to Haiti for a missions trip.
“Great Location”
Hotel was better than we expected it to be. The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and the location to the beach and surrounding shops was perfect. I would stay here again. Turks and Caicos was beatiful.
“We'll be back!!”
We had a great time in Provo! The Comfort Suites was a great hotel for the price. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. It is in a great location - walking distance to most everything. We rented bicycles and it was well worth it! We would stay at Comfort Suites again!
“Perfect hotel for a budget vacation !”
A very inviting and pretty hotel strategically located on a budget! Our rooms were nicely decorated , clean with no issues . Beautiful trees and flowers on the premise gave a nice tropical feel to the hotel . Definitely one of the better budget hotels ! I would definitely stay again and recommend to others. The beach is 5 min walk and the access is shared with a 5 star hotel so in other words you pay less and have the same beach !
“Good deal”
Hotel was as rated, 2 1/2 stars. Nothing fancy, but well maintained and very clean. There are three floors, but there isn't an elevator. Having a mini fridge in the room was helpful. The large grocery store was located across the street, however things were about double what you'd pay in the states.( The cost of being on an Island ) The staff was courteous. Breakfast choices were limited, cereal, toast, fruit if you were there early , coffee, tea and croissants. We had a balcony which was useful when it rained. We could sit out there instead of being stuck in the room. We could walk to several moderately priced restaurants. There was a small bar by the pool, and Jimmy's Dive Bar was located adjacent to the property and served food as well. The hotel was quiet with no loud parties. The majority of guests appeared to be in their forties and up and were friendly. There were only a few young families. The Beautiful Grace Bay Beach is located across the street, a short walk down the beach access drive. The hotel had a few lounge chairs on the beach and provide beach towels at the desk. This hotel is definitely a good choice for those on a budget.
“Great location!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
Good value, clean, frendly people, breakfast buffet ok, all in all would stay again.
“"Clean. A good value for the atmosphere and location...Will go back"”
We hade no incidentals. Our car and room were ready and waiting...no hassles. We were particularly impressed with the enegry saving rooms. When we left the room everything shut off. Luckily it was winter and it did not take long for the room to cool. The hotel was in a good location, fresh air, and clean and quiet surroundings. Our stay was a good one. "Clean. A good value for the atmosphere and location...Will go back"
