We enjoyed our stay in our spacious 2-bedroom condo on the ground floor (unit 103). The property was quiet with approximately only 6 of the 18 units occupied. The beach in front of the Grandview is absolutely spectacular. Club Med is not far and sometimes a little loud at night when outside by the pool. We never heard any noise when we were inside the condo though. The only complaint I have is that the frying pans in the kitchen were worn out and needed to be replaced. There were lots of towels for our family of 5. We are definitely going back next year.

"Great condo on the less crowded part of Grace Bay"
This was our first stay on this end of Grace Bay (3rd overall) and it was great! Even though the beach was full in the mid part of grace Bay. The beach on this end was nearly deserted and made for some incredible walks. There was a bar and grill right next door, but we cook a lot.. Caught some Tuna and grilled it on the out door gas grill provided. Also lots of shells just past the non existent surf (this beach is more like a pool). The staff are very friendly and can arrange any trips you want to take

There isn't enough space to write all the great things about the staff. From our check-in when they showed us the property to our departure when they called our taxi, they were always there when we needed them without feeling like they were on top of us. The one bedroom suite was very spacious. The ocean view room we ended up in on the second floor was incredible. The pool view rooms are true pool view rooms, but all rooms have great outdoor space.
Food was good...to be honest, all the food on the island tasted the same to us, so if you stay at the Beach House to eat, you aren't missing out and won't be disappointed, but I would recommend exploring mainly for the experience.
Beach pods felt like the nicest on Grace Bay (we went by all of the hotels east & west of us). The fact that they have padded loungers reserved for each room so you don't have to grab a chair in the morning made for a very relaxed wake up each day.
Pool was nice, but we never used it...we were always on the beach.
The staff really was great. It's a small resort/hotel so you know who they are and they know you so if you need to ask for something you don't feel like you're asking a stranger.
Also, we're a gay couple. Never felt like we were being judged or treated differently than any other guests. Any concerns I had about the Caribbean went away by staying at the Beach House and visiting Turks and Caicos.

We just returned from Turks & Caicos and were extremely pleased with the Regent Grand. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They gave us good recommendations on excursions and restaurants. The condos are large, updated and have full kitchens. The pool was very nice and you can sit at Harvey's bar or they will deliver rum punch and other fun drinks to you. The resort is well located on a beautiful and quiet area of the beach. The Vix staff will bring food and drinks to the beach. The ocean is an incredible turquoise color. The fitness center was nice to have too. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that breakfast was included at the Vix restaurant, which is located just in front of the resort in Regent Village. Regent Village has a number of stores and restaurants in walking distance so you don't need to rent a car or take taxis. The resort also has bikes that we used to go pick up groceries. Wonderful visit overall and we would highly recommend the resort. Our kids really enjoyed it too.

This was our 3rd stay at RWI. It's in close proximity to shops and grocery store. Great beachfront with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. On site restaurant is good. Clean rooms with washer and dryer. Best value by our estimation.

Villa del Mar was just as pictured and everything we expected. We had a two bedroom suite for our family of 5. The ground floor is perfect for families because you are closer to the pool and easily able to bring your breakfast back to your room in the mornings. The staff was genuinely friendly and couldn't have been nicer.
The breakfast was adequate, with the normal continental breakfast offerings. The beach really is just across the street. It takes all of 1 minute to get to the sand. The grocery store - Graceway Gourmet - is a 10 minute walk away. The food is expensive, but still less so than eating out. For example a box of cereal was 6-8 depending on the brand.
The best restaurant food to be had nearby was at Seaside Cafe, which is at a hotel across the street. The food was good and reasonably priced for the island.
The lack of food on the property was a bit of an issue early on for us. I knew that they didn't have a restaurant, but being American I suppose I expected a soda machine or vending machine of some kind. We had to go to the store on our first day to get something to munch on. We either got wrong directions or misunderstood and went the wrong way the first time which led to my family walking for 30 minutes in the heat to no avail. Considering that many guests will have to go to the store they should have a small map or written directions.
The beach is amazing with warm water and powder sand. I will definitely come back to this property - it can't be beat!
