"Comfortable and affordable."
Clean, comfortable and affordable option to stay in Turks and Caicos. If you want to be close to the ocean, this place is not for you though. However most attractions and facilities are located a short drive distance. It will be really nice once the pool is completed.

"Its not a hotel it's a self maintained unit"
Grace is a nice lady that took care of us! She welcomed us by email before we arrived. Because of the funeral she had us stay in the apartment close to the office. She is a great lady that takes care of her visitors to Club Caribe. It's not a hotel people need to realize this. It's an apartment that you maintain and for the money you can't go wrong!

The French owner is very friendly and helpful, all the staff are sweet. This hotel is one of the smaller ones with a looked after feel about it, its simple and clean with a great pool, 3 mins walk from a perfect beach. Highly recommended.

"A place I would go back yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
I booked this condo through expedia.com and thought it was a hotel but when we arrived, I realized it was a condo with house keeping service. The place was immaculate, spotless and totally comfortable. It was a one bedroom condo with a large eat in kitchen and family room all together where a queen size sofa can serve as a bed for 2 or as an armchair. The kitchen fully equiped even with a toaster! A lovely balcony facing the pool was waiting for us (wife and 2 kids). You have every day clean towels and room cleaning but you have to take care of your beach towels (provided but not replaceable with new ones so you have to do the laundry in the practical washer/dryer located within the condo). It is located one block away from the beach with assigned chairs (no umbrellas) for you. The beach closeby is gorgeous! Also, one block away from a walkable downtown (supermarket, shops, banks, cafes, restaurants, etc). The only setback is that as I did not know that it was a private condo, so when we arrived, nobody was waiting to check us in and I needed to call the office but somebody showed up in 5 minutes. The environment was great, very family oriented and with free parking inside the complex. My package included breakfast but actually, it consisted of a cup of coffee along with a muffin per person. Anyway, I would go back to the same place yesterday! A relaxing, comfortable and clean place in a strategic point within Grace Bay!

"Quiet, Pretty, Relaxing"
We stayed at Ports of Call Resort for two nights, after spending seven on the extremely quiet island of Middle Caicos. We were wondering if we would experience culture shock after spending time in a duplex, with neighbours only half of the time, on a picture-perfect beach where the maximum number of people we saw in one day were nine! Ports of Call was a lovely resort for the transition to busier Provo. It was quiet, clean, with a beautiful pool and lots of pool chairs and tables. We didn't need to take advantage of the invitation, but guests are welcome to bring food from outside the resort (a great grocery store with deli is across the street) and eat at the tables around the pool; even heat up the food in the microwaves provided in the breakfast room. The continental breakfast was adequate, with pastries and toast, yogurt and freshly boiled eggs one morning, and additional cheese and ham served the next morning (or maybe we were too late for that the first morning, I'm not sure.) The staff were very welcoming and helpful, some maybe friendlier than others, but that is human nature not a reflection of the resort! We saw a variety of ages; most seemed to be there as couples, but there were a few young children. Provo is expensive, but for the relative price, this resort has all that we were looking for. I would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again.
