Grace BayPosted Dec 15, 2014
Beautiful hotel. Slightly off the main drag so walking many places off the resort is not really an option. Rooms are beautiful. The beach is very nice but the beach about 2k into the center of grace bay is even better.... But still, it is turks and the beach blows most places out of the water.. Great facilities and very opulent finishes.

Beautiful luxury hotel in perfect locationPosted Dec 13, 2014
This hotel is really breathtaking. We were lucky enough to get upgraded from a junior suite to a one bedroom with a pool view. It was really incredible and surpassed our expectations. The hotel is very close to any restaurant you would want to go to and close to the airport as well. The pool, food and beach amenities were great. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Turks and Caicos.

Everything you expect and morePosted Dec 7, 2014
Beautiful property on a beautiful island. Impeccably maintained, clean and inviting. The staff made you feel as if you were the most important people there. Five stars and more.

Beautiful location, excellent hotelPosted Nov 14, 2014
Room, pool, grounds, staff - all excellent. Beautiful facility design and well located for beach access. Included breakfast buffet was fantastic. Nice that use of kayaks, snorkel gear and SUP paddle boards were included. We also made good use of the loaner bikes at the hotel to tour around - they were in rough shape but worked great for the easy, flat riding on the island. Beautiful, clean, well appointed room (we had a "Junior Suite".) A great experience over all.

Best for Beach/Water. Staff below standardPosted Nov 9, 2014
Great beach and warm water in mid October. Best season maybe. Staff not nice and pleasant or helpful as one would expect from this hotel grade. Installations are great if you just want to stay in and relax. Great beach club/pool setup. Food choices disappointing specially at the main restaurant although setting is great. Not much you can do outside the hotel. Forget a dine out. But that's Grace Bay and I guess the whole of Turks & Caicos. If Hotel improve staff quality & training and improve food menus it would be top notch. Food & Service prices (tip always included) already are..

Best hotel in Turks and Caicos!Posted Nov 8, 2014
We love T&C and this is the most fabulous hotel there. Posh, clean rooms, great food, EXCELLENT spa. Only cons would be a tiny fitness room and the wifi is horrible. Also the blow dryers in the rooms are awful and cheap. That said - I love it!

Gorgeous hotel in Turks and caicosPosted Nov 5, 2014
Booked a vacation to Turks and Caicos due to recommendations from several friends. After research we decided to reserve the regent palms. I am blown away by the hotel. The elegance, beauty and cleanliness is second to none. As we walk in we are greeted by very friendly and welcoming staff. A guide takes us on a tour to the resort before showing our room. We couldn't stop smiling when we entered the room. It was designed with beautiful decor and furniture. We had a kitchen , huge bedroom and gorgeous bathroom with every possible toiletry. It was spotless and things were organized flawlessly. The hotel has a gorgeous pool which swims up to the jacuzzi and restaurant. Food in all of the restaurants is delicious and prepared as if I'm dining in a 5 star French restUrant in nyc. Yes it's a bit pricey and they do add gratuity in the form of a service charge , but these type or vacations don't come cheap. The staff is very attentive and always respecting your presence and what you need. The beach is gorgeous and all non motorized water sports are free. Definitely recommend going snorkeling. I can go on and on but if you want a breathtaking resort in Turks and Caicos definitely stay in this one.

Amazing resort on top rated beach!!Posted Oct 26, 2014
Pros: Loved the gorgeous room...loved the facilities and restaurants on site...The food was delicious...
Cons: It was pricey to eat and drink on the resort. A heads up planning could have helped prepare better...
Location: The dining options were plentiful even in the off season - there were tours and free things to do at the resort...:)
This resort was top notch. Great staff willing to help with whatever is needed. The grounds, rooms and facilities are immaculate. We enjoyed decompressing after our wedding in a relaxing, beautiful environment.

Not a resort - 5 star property, 3 star servicePosted Sep 9, 2014
Pros: Kind Staff
Cons: Less greed, more service
Although the staff is very kind, the hotel is not well managed. Out of our 5 days, in 3 of them there was only 1 restaurant open, and it was serving awful buffet. We faced lines to check-in, and room service took too long. Besides that, they try to sell the family resort image. Don't buy it. It is a nice hotel, with a beautiful pool at a wonderful beach. That's it. What they call kids club is a small room with toys , no different form and lousy child care room.
