Great hotel on the beachPosted Mar 7, 2014
Pros: Location, view, beach, room cleanliness, and the staff.
Cons: On site entertainment
Location: Ideal location on the beach; numerous great restaurants nearby, not much in walking distance, cab or driving a necessity.
We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in March, and were exceedingly pleased with the welcome we received from the check-in staff, and their willingness to accommodate us despite our arriving several hours prior to check-in time. The staff was always friendly and tried their utmost to respond immediately to any requests. Our rooms and all of the kitchen utensils were always clean. Our rooms were upgraded and we had a 360 degree view of the ocean, amazing. The hotel kindly provided their guests the use of paddle boats, paddle boards, kayaks and other equipment for free (there's a small fee for snorkel gears). This, and the hotel location made it ideal for the guests to enjoy a day at the beach, without having to venture further than the hotel doorsteps. The food is ok, the entertainment minimal, and the complimentary continental breakfast came in handy many mornings, but it was the ambiance of the place and the staff's friendly personalities that set this hotel apart from others we've stayed at.

Pros: Accessibility of the beach and the comfort of the room
Location: Needed a cab to go anywhere
Everything was perfect. Right on the beach, no problems getting beach chairs, snorkeling gear, paddle boats, etc. All were available easily. The pool was also nice

Great hotel on BeachPosted Feb 25, 2014
I have been fortunate to have traveled to many islands and have to say that my overall stay at Windsong was top notch. Staff was fantastic, beach was immaculate and food was terrific- all over the island. Highly recommend for people looking for a more boutique hotel and not the craziness that comes with all inclusive resorts.

Windsong was stunning !Posted Feb 20, 2014
We got upgraded to a suite for the 3 night stay for my 40th and it suite was spacious and extremely comfortable. Our stay included breakfast which was lovely, the staff at the restaurant (nick) were warm and friendly. There was always space / Chairs available down on the beach as well. It is a small hotel (50 Rooms) but in my opinion much nicer to stay there then the bigger resorts. More romantic. We loved it!! Thoroughly recommend.

Better represented onlinePosted Feb 17, 2014
The hotel, pool, and beach look much better on the internet sites than it does it real life! Glad we didn't stay out entire trip there. Room was nice but small. Beach was small. Pool was small. Would not go back

Great home away from home experiencePosted Feb 14, 2014
We were upgraded to an ocean view room which was awesome. The kitchen was a fantastic surprise and saved us a bunch of money...since we were able to pop by the local grocery store and make dinner a few nights of our stay.

IdyllicPosted Feb 14, 2014
Pros: Location, clean, beautiful, and friendly staff...
Cons: Live evening entertainment
Location: Dining and scenic views
This's the most amazing and beautiful place on earth. The Windsong is very relaxing! Tranquility at it's finest! The staff makes you feel right at home. The room was clean and lovely. The bed was very comfortable. It's not over crowded. The Resort is located right in front of Grace Bays Reef makes for easy and accessible for snorkeling. The snorkeling and the views are simply breathe taking. If you're thinking about going and where to stay, I would definitely stay here for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Great hotel close to the beach.Posted Feb 10, 2014
Pros: Proximity to the reef for snorkeling. Everyone was polite to us.
Cons: Service could be a little faster, but that's the British West Indies for you.
Location: Snorkeling, Diving, swimming, dining.
Excellent stay over all. Only annoyed that they didn't get the cable tv fixed for a couple of days after we arrived. Close to the water and the reef is right there. Everyone is polite. Service is a little slow, but welcome to the British Isles. Stunning views. Just have to realize things don't move as fast as in the states in terms of service, etc.

Great hotel, we would definitely return.Posted Feb 3, 2014
Cons: My husband thought it would be good if the hotel had their own shuttle.
Location: There were many restaurants near that you could walk to on the beach, or taxis were always available.
The hotel is beautiful. We have been to many resorts on many different islands but few rooms compared to the one we had at the Windsong. Everyone is helpful, pleasant, and always trying to please. The beach is wonderful. The water is clean and clear and the sand is fine and soft. I'm a walker and I could walk on the beach as far as I wanted, The view is spectacular so it was hard to get me off of the beach.

Wonderful Resort and StaffPosted Feb 2, 2014
Not only were we impressed with the beauty of the resort and Grace Bay, but the entire staff was just off the charts with their sincere kindness and helpfulness. The food was very good and not too overpriced as many resorts. We particularly enjoyed the water sports and having the equipment available with no additional charge. Likewise, we so enjoyed all of the other guests whom we encountered.... they could not have been friendlier or more pleasant. It was just a delightful experience!
