Right next to the central train station and conveniently located in the heart of Helsinki. The hotel itself is upscale, clean, modern and cozy. Nice rooms with true king size, comfortable bed with down blankets. Would definitely stay again.

Thoughtfully designed hotel. Quite large so a bit of a convention center vibe but the rooms were spacious, the reception area light and airy and there were lots of details like heated bathroom floors and automatic nightlight in the bathroom. The breakfast was terrific with too many options! Dinner however was a bit disappointing both in menu selection and the fact that they were seriously understaffed. This is a problem everywhere I suppose. Very good value for the money

Nice modern hotel
Modern, fresh and clean hotel with a great breakfast. Our stay was almost perfect. My only feedback is that the rooms should include hair conditioner and body cream in addition to shampoo and soap in their amenities.

Frontdesk service was friendly and the hotel newish and renovated with style. However for a 4-star hotel there are very little complimentary items or even essentials (no body lotion, no conditioner, no slippers etc). Cleanliness was questionable as well, my bin wasn't emptied at all for two days and towels were just thrown at a chair next to the door rather than placed in the bathroom. Carpet was full of hair and dust.

Very good location, great breakfast, though there weren't many amenities provided by the hotel, no toothbrush, no room slippers, no shavers, wasn't asking much but the amount paid to stay for 4 days there, didn't really justify with the service rendered by the staff attended to us at the reception, she behaved and sounded rather condescending upon checking in, and after travelled from the train and walking just to get to the hotel, the unfriendly attitude wasn't really expected from the reception, but generally, every other staff that I have encountered in the hotel such as waitress and servers from the hotel restaurants or the room service attendant or room making staff were all very nice and humble...

Stayed for 3 nights whilst in Turku for a wedding. Incredible hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless, very clean, all the requirements you need. Will be staying here again when I next visit Turku

Turku classic with a new look
Very nice new look for this old Turku institution. I didn't visit the old Börs hotel, but the new look is really on the spot! Room was spacious and very elegant.

RACIST “SECURITY”
I stayed here because of the “3 restaurants”, I went and had breakfast okay everyday but during the evening they ask to see your covide pass to access the same place again ( but they dont check in the morning?), I showed them my fully vaccinated UK pass and they said its not accepted two days in a row, the first day they eventually let me in then said oh forgot to tell you we’re not serving food now and made jokes saying “you can go to ali baba kebab” and the second day I was refused to go in because the app wasn’t working and they made me sit outside for 10 mins then said the apps not accepting it and said I cannot go in, i showed them all the details of the vaccine's but they didn’t let me and laughed meanwhile they were letting all the Finnish people in with no checks. It was pure racism! They expected me to stay at the hotel and have no access to food! I had to go out and eat at some rubbish shop the first day and the second day I went to a another restaurant and their app worked so clearly MY PASS WAS VALID. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS RACIST PLACE AGAIN.

Huoneen ilmanvaihto
Olemme tottuneet nukkumaan ikkuna auki ja hotellin huoneessa se ei ollut mahdollista. Vaikka lämpötilan sai huoneessa pudotettua 19 asteeseen ilmanvaihto oli vajavaista. Hyvän unen saavuttamiseksi on erittäin tärkeää, että huoneen lämpötilan saa laskettua riittävän alas ja ilmanvaihto tuo hyvää raitista ilmaa huoneeseen.

Kaikki sujui hyvin. Siisteys oli myös hyvä, pölyä huomasin lampun jalassa ja siksi yksi tähti pois. Huone oli erittäin viihtyisä ja rauhallinen. Aamiainen loistava.
