Convenient to campus

Our daughter is a junior at UA and we've always stayed at The Capstone during visits. It's convenient, comfortable and has a nice restaurant.

College Orientation

Hotel was nice from far but needed some maintenance upon closer inspection. The location was good, could walk all over campus and down to the strip. Stadium close, and a beautiful campus. I would stay at the hotel again mainly because of its location.

Nice hotel on campus

Posted Jul 15, 2014
The hotel is very quaint and fits in perfectly with other buildings around it. The room itself was nothing special. The bathroom was very cramped. There appeared to be either water damage or some dark staining on the ceiling and there were some small black ant-like insects on the desk surfaces so I would not leave any food out for any length of time. The pool looked a little cloudy so we didn't swim in it. The workout room is well equipped and stocked with water and towels. The best part of this hotel is the staff. They were all pleasant and extremely helpful and flexible with the possible extension of our stay. All in all, I like this hotel. The issues are small and mostly cosmetic. If you need to stay near campus or just like the campus atmosphere, this place is fine.
