Overall room was clean but could do with an update, the lounge and bed had seen better days. My boyfriend has a bad back and you could feel the springs in the matress so it wasnt very good for him. But otherwise was a comfortable one night stay on our road trip up the east coast.

The staff were lovely the location is central and close to everything within tweed although the room is a little dated, each room could do with at least a microwave in them.

This property was long overdue for extensive renovation, whilst spotlessly clean, it was difficult to get excited about anything else. The property description on the net wasn't remotely near to the actual properties presentation.

The bed was so hard I could not sleep and the lounge was also one of the most uncomfortable I have ever sat on overall will never ever stay there again

The bed was uncomfortable...the room needs a really good clean. The noise was as a result of a nearby client who reckoned it was OK to keep his motorbike running for 10mins outside the rooms...he was told in no uncertain terms by a lodger over the way what to do with the bike. The host was a pleasant person.

Room had not been serviced before we got there because the toilet had no water in it, the fridge wasn’t working and the air con remote wasn’t working. Left a voice message at reception on the Friday night no one contacted me the next day.

Room was clean and big enough. Close to shops and twin towns. Stayed in accessible room found the toilet rail was a bit too far away from toilet but shower was a good size. Staff friendly
