BEST WESTERN PLUS Twin Falls Hotel

The room smelled. We found loose change on the floor. That tells me it did not get cleaned properly. tv changer did not work properly. Breakfast was soso.

We stayed in a Jacuzzi suite, the room was clean and comfy, the Jacuzzi was awesome. The lady that checked us in was very nice and had information on things we asked. Great place to stay

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were comfortable, but it got a bit noisy on our second night (it sounded like teenagers were running through the halls from midnight to 3am). The kids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was great the first morning, but on the second morning, most of the items were gone (and no one was in a hurry to restock them). The fresh-baked cookies each afternoon were a nice touch.

I have been staying at this location for 10 years. We stay 2 times a year, and this trip has been the biggest disappointment.We had to move rooms as the first room we were given was very smelly. The continental breakfast ran out of waffle mix, so we only had waffles on our first day of our 3 day stay. My children were very disappointed. Then our first day. we were not told that the housekeeping staff would be leaving early, and if we wanted our room clean that we would need to have the room available by a certain time. Needless to stay no clean towels or beds made.Then they ran out of towels for the pool, when I asked if there were more towels I was told no that they had a big party and were out of towels. However when another guest asked if there was towels amazingly the front desk attendant found a few more towels. I have to ask, were more towels not good enough for me but okay to get for another guest? I know what the standards have been at this location in the past, as I have been staying here for 10 years. I will not be staying at this location again. I will move to a different hotel for our next stay.

The staff make a variety of cookies to put out in the lobby every afternoon.

Easy to find this hotel in Twin Falls, noticed right away how helpful the staff was, from the front desk to the dining room staff! Room was very clean, extra pillows for both beds, and although the toilet seat sits very low, everything else was in good shape. Our dog had to growl every now and then at people going down the hall, but the next room heard nothing! Wish I had brought my swimsuit as the pool and hot tub looked great, and would have been a comfort to my feet, but you can't leave it at home if you want to swim! Breakfast in the morning was very good, hot and tasty, and very filling. Definately going to stay there again on our return trip!

Our vacation was across the USA and this hotel was a very nice hotel and location was good too. the noise was none, the breakfast was great!

Everything is fine, but bath room. When I booked the room, it showed me room amenity with bath tub. We got a room with handicapped accessibility, so it has no bath tub, just flat floor with shower and toilet. I learned from this time. I have to request a bath tub if it is important even though room amenity said so.
