Breakfast was excellent and staff was all very helpful. The only thing is for a stay of 5 nights, our room was not serviced but only once. Garbage was overflowing.

Stay was good. Clean room, Nice breakfast. Was a little disapointed that the 24 hr pool arear was out of service and the hot tub was drained. We stayed here before and this was a nice feature.Especialy whe it is snowing outside.

We were not made aware that the hot tub and pool were under construction when we booked and we so disappointed. We would have stayed somewhere else. And the staff was not to kind about it. Communication is key and I wish we would have know, paying that much for no amenities is no bueno.

Stayed here several times and always liked it. This last time was disappointing in that we were supposedly "upgraded" to a business suite that was rather spartan with an added fax machine we had no use for.

Room is comfortable and quiet but we were expecting a pool and hot tub. We didn't get the notification until after checking in and we had paid for this room hours before without knowing. Bummer!

Just So So
The best part of the stay was the hot breakfast every day. Room was not clean, toilet never flushed right, keys had to be remade every night, and the hidden 30 a night for pet fee. When you read and says pet friendly you think ok they accept pets, then after making reservations and find out it’s 30 dollars a night I definitely would have looked elsewhere.

The beds are advertised as full size but were in fact double. The pool is shut down but no notification was listed when i booked through Expedia. Breakfast was good, room was clean.

Great staff, wonderful breakfast. I chose this facility, rather that the less expensive SureStay by Best Western, for the fitness center only to get there and find it was closed for renovation. After a 750 mile drive, I was not amused.

We just stayed one night, but rested well. Clean rooms with vinyl floors for pet friendly ease. Very nice staff and good breakfast buffet. Grounds had snow/ice but were well salted and cleared.

Mediocre rest
The front desk gave us a late check-out at 1300. We hardly ever get time away from kids. Needless to say we woke up to two maids laughing and talking at a ridiculously high volume. We let that continue for 15 minutes thinking they’d move on and clean other rooms. I walked out, showed my exhausted face, made eye contact and then closed the door appropriately. Music continued to be at an even higher volume, now we’re going on about 30 minutes. My wife had to go out and ask her to please turn the music down very very nicely. To no avail, the music may have been turned down a notch or two. Needless to say we both woke up frustrated and decided to check out as it wasn’t worth another breath that obviously fell on deaf ears even after acknowledgement. Did I mention it was her birthday? Not a very nice thing to have had done to us especially after asking. Everything else was pretty good. Other than the music obnoxiously loud and not being able to have a very much needed sleep in from months of exhaustion, the hotel was great. One major detail, the level of what you can hear from your closed room door is a problem and I’m sure I’m not the first to mention it. Being able to hear ANY conversation from either down the hallway or if you’re lucky…right in your room! That’s the way it feels to me.

Worth it!
I’ve stayed here several times. Very well maintained. Comfortable. Easy access to TFs. Morning breakfast variety is great (eggs were “meh,” but good otherwise), including espresso machine! Lots of families enjoying the large pool. I’ll definitely be back.
