Have stayed there a few times while attending a Wrestling tournament for my boys. Very high marks! Great breakfast and very friendly and clean!

Check in was okay and as expected. When taking a shower around 9pm the handle came off and was broken. The water would not to stop running and had to get maintence. Maintence was in our room until after midnight. When I contacted Expedia the hotel lied and told them the plumbing issue was fixed. At that time the maintenance man and his daughter were still in our bathroom fixing the handle. The hotel was sold out so there were no other rooms available. Having maintenance in our room until after midnight and we had an early morning the most the hotel could do was a $20 for the inconvenience.

Lots of near around food options to walk to. Clean room. Did not like that our room was on top of something that was super loud and vibrated the floor most of the night. Remote in room hardly worked for the tv.

This was a basic, clean and generally good Best Western with nice beds and good pillows. But honestly I was shocked when the breakfast was amazing! There was someone making omlettes, french toast and pancakes to order, and with a fab array of toppings. Stay here. It's really worth staying here!

I'll be back
Came in late after being slowed down by a snow storm. Got checked in around 0145 and got to the room. It was clean, but a bit musty because of the past pets that had come through. Breakfast was okay, nothing to write home about, but better than a bowl of cereal. Biscuits and gravy, sausage, a bit of fruit, and an omelet station. Not bad at all. The shower was definitely something to write home about. Water pressure for days, great toiletries, soft water, fluffy clean towels... I cant finish without mentioning the staff. In one word, wonderful. Friendly, proficient, and very personable.

Reasonably clean and comfortable. The front desk is friendly but not helpful. Stayed here on two different trips. The first time the fridge didn’t work and the front desk didn’t have a solution. The second trip, one bar of LTE was faster than the hotel wifi. The microwave smelled like burning wires. It could only be fixed after my trip ended.

I do a lot of road trips across the nation and stay at a lot of different properties with my family of 5. Hamds down, this is one of the best stays we have ever had. Our room for the 5 of us was a 2 bedroom suite. The beds were all exceptionally comfortable, even the pull out couch! The breakfast wasn't just your standard breakfast buffet but actually had someone working a flattop and making eggs, omlettes, pancake and french toast to order, as well as the more standard waffle maker, breakfast breads and cereal that most have on the buffet.Chexk in/out was fast and efficient. The only bad thing at all I can say about the property is the hall carpets were a little older and needed cleaning. Overall, next time I am passing through the Twin fall area, I will definitely book here again. Great property!!!

In my opinion, this Best Western property was average at best. The WiFi address given did not connect. There were many flies in the room and dining area. There was only one chair on the connected patio area and it was unswept. When we returned from our class reunion, there was no parking available on the property.

We needed a cot for our stay and we were told that none were available but when we got back from our dinner there was a cot in the room! The service was great, everyone was friendly and helpful.

The Continental breakfast was amazing with made to order omlettes! Great location right off highway but disappointing there is no gym. When we first got into our room, it smelled like wet dog so we asked to move to different room and the staff was very accommodating.
