The hotel and staff are very inviting. The lobby has a great ambiance to it. Everything is clean and our room had the best closet system I've ever seen in a hotel. There's a bar and restaurant in the hotel. Well be staying again!

This place was nice and clean. The room was spacious. The bathroom door swung out and I ran into it when it dark. Ouch...black eye and everything.

Good place to stay on the road. Friendly staff. However, their pet fee is outrageous and not disclosed at booking. If we knew in advance that we have to pay almost a full extra room for our dog we would never choose this one.

Hotel was great loved the king suite for our family. The hotel was able to provide a pack and play for our baby. The only down side was the draft from the windows and we couldn’t get the thermostat to heat the room any more.

Everything was great, including the staff! Very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for better!! One thing I was disappointed in was they do not offer a free breakfast. Only choice was to eat in their on site restaurant, which seemed pricey, but then is per normal these days.

The midnight desk attendant was really friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfy and down pillows luxurious. The air conditioning was quiet and steady, and stayed on, rather than going off and on all night and waking people up. I've stayed in a lot of hotels, and this property is among the best for a road trip!

I'm not sure who dropped the ball... THERE WAS NO ROOM for us when we arrived. Even though I provided emails confirming our stay there was NO ROOM!!! I don't think I can express how this experience left me feeling angry after traveling 12 hrs only to be let down at 11:30 at night without a room. I can not recommend to anyone That Expedia or Hilton provided a pleasurable experience.

Staff was unhelpful and unpleasant. Was informed housekeeping is there one time of the day; we had to clean our own room and take out our own trash everyday. Cockroach found in the bathroom. Wifi signal strength was spotty. Jacuzzi was broken and when reported problem, staff had to be called out twice just to come check it out. Checked out early because we wanted to leave. Roll out bed was broken and uncomfortable. Restaurant states "food may be undercooked" on menu. Very disappointed as this is my family and I's first time staying at a Hilton and we paid over $1000 to stay for a whole week. We always thought Hilton was a good hotel until we actually stayed at one for the first time this month.. honestly very sad.
