“Not impressed”
After we checked in at the front desk, we had to go outside and walk through the pool area in the cold weather to get to the building where all the guest rooms are. Our room was on the ground level with big sliding glass door opens up to the open deck area with chairs, supposedly facing the pool, but we were just looking at the wall of the other building right in front. Not pleasant at all... There was no refrigerator, the coffee maker had coffee stain left in the carafe like it's not washed, tea bags were wrinkled up as if they were touched many times... The hallway smelled like smoke. Our room was non-smoking, but we could still smell the smoke from the hallway.
“"Very Impressed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"”
We booked online so was hesitant but when we got there very late (midnight) their time the gal at the front desk was most pleasant and very curtious. That was the first time we had ever been checked in that fast ; less than 5 MINUTES, awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Next time we will try the breakfast buffet. Didn't get up in time for it this time... THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
“1800 mile motorcycle trip”
Nice hotel, much better then the Red Lion in Twin Falls Idaho. That place was a dump, very low budget. Just down the street from this hotel is a place called Jackers. Great food!
“Poor showing”
This place was a dump. Very dingy, and dated.
“Great Hotel - no elevators”
The hotel, service, administration etc were excellent. I believe the people in charge in reservations neglected to tell them this age group of people would have like to have an elevator available. This was a convention.
“not much to do in Twin Falls”
ok
“Exceeded my expectation”
The hotel was easy to find, overall lobby presentation was inviting, friendly staff and accomodating to needs. Breakfast was available each morning for a nominal fee. Swimming pool, and conference rooms were well kept, as were the grounds. The room was small, but adequate, sliding glass door to small patio, bathroom clean. Ammenities were available, WiFi, Cable TV, refrigerator in room, hair dryer, iron, desk, etc. Everything worked great. I will stay there again on my next trip.
“Twin Falls July 2010 trip”
The people are really great.. The staff really made the stay better. If it weren't for the staff I could not recommend the hotel at all. We stayed on the 2nd floor and the hallway is pretty dark. The carpets are old and due to that they look dirty. I saw the maids clean them on several occasions so I know the staff is trying but they just look that way. They took good care of the room, but once again the room just looked old. New carpeting and a face lift on the bedding would do wonders for it.
“Would recommend this hotel to everyone”
my room was comfortable, beds were comfortable and overall exceeded my expectations
“Overall good palce to stay”
rooms are a bit dated but the pillow top beds are the best. they dont leave the a/c on so the rooms are warm when you first get into them in the summer.
