Red lion Twin Falls

Hotel is old. No elevator so three trips up the stairs with belongings. Headboards on the beds had dust inch thick. Prices way to high for hotel this old. Typical of the Red Lions now. Used to be wonderful

Reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. They even put our cooler in their walk-in cooler over night.

Smell

This room smelled like mold. I woke in the middle of the night feeling sick which continued through half the next day. Stained carpets and floor uneven. In need of restoration

FILTHY ROOMS - BUGS

Posted Apr 17, 2015
Pros: NOTHING!
Cons: CLEAN - FUMIGATE - REPAIR!
During a recent vacation, we decided to make reservations at the Red Lion in Twin Falls, ID; presuming that this Red Lion would be of the same quality of other Red Lion hotels we had stayed at in the past in other cities...WRONG!! The following is a list of what we encountered: 1. Dingy, outdated decor - nothing like the inviting pictures they have posted on their website. 2. Dirty room with BUGS!! Trash under the beds, phone unplugged, etc. 3. TV nearly unwatchable due to poor screen quality. 4. No "free" breakfast, not even a bagel or doughnut. 5. Poorly lit parking areas. The staff did move us to another room in a different part of the hotel, but the atrocious condition of this hotel is NOT what you would expect from Red Lion. We will NEVER stay at Red Lion again!! Choose another hotel to stay at...Comfort Inn is just a couple of miles down the road...we would have if we had known.
