Hotel is in town. Outdoor pool, good for kidsPosted Jul 30, 2015
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Staff availability and friendliness
I've stayed here before and had been happy. This time, I was disappointed. I arrived late and was put on the back of the property. I asked if there were rooms upfront and was told somewhat rudely -No. Not offered a change during my 3 night stay. The room was not completely vacuumed as evidenced by crumbs near bedside table... never got vacuumed and the room and hallways had residual smoke smell. After check in, I never saw ANY hotel personnel. Kind of creepy. Sadly, I can't recommend and won't be staying again.

About 4 miles off the highway but not inconvenientPosted Jul 29, 2015
Pros: Staff was good.
Cons: Carpeting and electrical outlets for convenience.
Location: Target store was a ten minute walk and there are lots of restaurants nearby as well as a gas station just across the street.
The hotel is a bit dated and in need of upgrading but the beds were comfortable and the room clean. Outdoor pool is nice but after a 600 mile day I was kind of hoping for a hot tub. All in all a good stay.

Just okayPosted Jul 28, 2015
The check-in process was easy. Our room was on the second floor and the stairs up to the second floor were petty tight. If you have large items this isn't the place to stay. The room was okay but our AC unit kept having issues. Their answer was to unplug it for 15 minutes and try again. It never truly worked so we opened the balcony door to cool off. They did discount our bill by $20 for our inconvenience. It was just an okay hotel. Would only recommend if you were doing a quick stay and weren't worried about the small stair case.

Older faculty. Remodeled. Well located. Pleasant sPosted Jul 28, 2015
Second floor , no elevator. Handled. Security felt minimal, but didn't feel unsafe. Remodeled, comfortable room, reasonable price. Nice friendly staff.

Clean and comfortablePosted Jul 27, 2015
Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean. The hotel is next door to a nice coffee shop. The breakfast buffet was $5 a person over the age of 6 and the options were similar to a continental breakfast plus scrambled eggs, country style potatoes, bacon and sausage. The food was pretty good for the price! I would stay here again.

Last minute reservationPosted Jul 27, 2015
Pros: Friendly, accommodating, clean.
Cons: Breakfast selection
We needed a pet friendly room at the last minute in Twin Falls and booked the Red Lion quickly with the Expedia app. I didn't pay attention to the pet part when booking and when we got to the hotel there were no more pet friendly rooms available. Since I already had a reservation they let us have a regular room and I was very appreciative. The staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable. Clean room.

Clean, convenient & centralPosted Jul 21, 2015
Very straight forward...quiet, clean, absolutely no surprises, great central hub to see the area for our two day stay, definitely better than an average name brand motel, worth the price, pass on the breakfast but that's not a deal breaker, central to all eating places, freeway, local mall & shopping areas
