The view from our room was great and we enjoyed our stay quite well. A couple things to point out would be 1. I could hear all the foot steps from upstairs every day and night. 2. The pool water quality weren’t exciting. 3. We stayed for 7 nights but no houses keeping. ( They gave us extra dishwash detergent or toilet rolls if we ask though)

The mattress is very comfortable and firm. Had good night’s sleep for the entire time we were there. Free water sports activities, shared cafes and convenient store walking distance from the accomodation. Walking distance to the beach. Would definitely choose to stay at Sebel Twin Waters again.

A home away from home, a Perfect unit. BUT, One major downfall, from the master bedroom you could hear someone use the toilet from the adjoining unit.. NOT GOOD.

Atmosphere and location is very good. Surounded by beautiful resort in the middle of lagoon. Easy access to beach and morning walk. Only 15 mins drive away from the Airport and Sunshine Plaza shopping centre. Ideal for family trip. But if you plan to cook, bring your own knife. Quality and quantity of kitchen utensil wasn’t great. And staff parked their car at the room we stayed, had to wait 1 day to be removed while I had to park at visitors.

We loved the space and the location. The resort amenities and access were wonderful. We appreciated having two undercover parking spaces, there was adequate airconditioning for the space, and the kitchen was reasonably kit out (not enough to easily feed 6 people, but not many kitchens are!). We were very disappointed at the Sebel pool amenities - there were very limited seating options so we preferred going to Novotel even though it was much more crowded and less convenient. Our apartment was in desperate need of a deep clean, particularly the walls which don't appear to have been washed in years, and there also appeared to be mold developing on some of the blinds in the main bedroom. The carpet upstairs needs a good wash (it actually need to be completely replaced, but a good wash will help). Overall we really enjoyed our stay, but maintenance/proper cleaning needs to take place

What a relaxing place to stay! Close to the sandy surf beach and excellent walking and cycling paths. A perfect holiday destination.

Fridge did not work and had to be moved to another room. Moved to a sub-standard room compared to the original. Instead of getting a better or equal room, we're moved to a lesser room in size and amenities. Reception charged our card instead of conducting a pre-auth so we are now waiting on our refund. There is no sound proofing between the rooms so you can hear your neighbours next to and above you. Had to endure a party next door on the Friday night as well. Overall very disappointing.

Relaxing Spot
We were 3 couples within one family traveling to the Sunshine Coast to visit elderly relatives. The Sebel Twin Waters worked out perfectly for this - we had enough bedrooms and bathrooms to be practical, as well as shared living spaces and places to hang out and relax. We brought the grandparents over for lunch and the kitchen and outside dining areas were up to the task of catering for 8 people. Young adults loved the pool table and privates pool/spa area, although they did find it too cool. Likely to become out go-to for these kinds of visits in the future.

Good clean 3 bed unit. Lovely outlook over the lake. Even spoilt with fireworks on the lake one night! Great access to Novotel facilities too. Plenty of pools for the kids. Great access to a patrolled beach and beach walks. (Few things in the unit needed fixing… bathroom and toilets need exhaust fans; squeaky shower doors; dishwasher tray broken; and more crockery needed for a family of five)

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful accomodation with everything that we wanted. A few broken downlights and no lock for the door in the master bedroom however otherwise I would highly recommend and you won’t be disappointed.

The location was nice but the accommodation definitely needs to do some things. Need to carry the suitcase to upstairs and in room as well. It won’t be good for someone who can’t carry heavy luggage.

Beautiful property and outlook over the lake. Being on the lake the music travels across it so was very loud when there was a function on at the Novotel but it ended at a reasonable time for adults but would have been very noisy for children trying to get to sleep. Our initial house was not cleaned when we entered 3.5 hours after the checkin time but this was rectified. Perhaps a quality assurance process needs to be in place before guests enter as this was disappointing after a long drive.

The 3 bedroom apartment was larger than expected with 2 balconies and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool areas were clean and not crowded and the check in and out was fast and efficient. The email communication regarding final payment was a little disjointed and my call was not returned but this was quickly sorted by the manager and we had an early check in which was great.

We stayed in room 112. It is dated but it was spaces & comfortable, has a fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Close to beach access and the resort was lovey, the kids loved kayaking and the pools. Our parking lot was very tight and in an awkward corner we ended up dinting our car while parking. It was a shame. Other then that it was it was a love stay.
