“Weekend Rendevous”

Met a lovely man on a popular dating site, had been talking to him since January. We both decided to meet and thought Tyler would be a great place because it was a halfway mark for us both. I searched many hotels but found the the Hampton had just what we wanted at a very reasonable price, plus I had stayed in one previously and it was great. Our room was perfect, easy access, cold when we entered and the bed was very plush. What caught my interest was the wonderful whirlpool tub, with enough room for both of us to stretch out in.. The hot breakfast buffet was delicious as well. Overall, I would gladly stay there again and also to recommend to other travelers.

“"Very Pleased"”

Well I got this Hotel for my parents 30th anniv. I was looking for a hotel that was #1 resonable in price, #2 had a Personal Hot Tub in the room & #3 Had a Hot Breakfast and needless to say this hotel had all the above. My check in time was set @ 3 pm but I was able to check in a hour before and with no complications on my reservation through Expedia. My parents had a great time and was very pleased with the service the received. So I guess if my parents were happy then I am happy!!!! Thanks Expedia for the assistance and for making my booking easy and hassle free as possible. :)

“Great hotel”

The breakfast was impressive for a hotel this size. I don't usually like exterior entrance hotels, but I really didn't hear any road traffic. The rooms were a lot nicer than I thought too. I was really impressed with this hotel overall! The staff was friendly and answered my questions.

“I'd stay there again”

When I got into town I called to ask for directions to the hotel. She gave me directions, asked for my name and said she would have my key ready and waiting for me. Check-in was very quick. The room was clean and everything worked properly. Only complaint was that the tv from the next room and people walking outside were easily heard. Other than that, I was pleased with the hotel.

In addition to my being treated like a queen, they printed my return-home boarding pass at my request. I'll surely stay there again when I return to Tyler, Texas.

“Traveling mom”

The indoor pool was great for my 2 little boys ..... I was not happy about finding out it was an OUTDOOR entry hotel......breakfast was just average......if you stay here, be sure to ask for a room in the back, or you won't sleep because of the road noise

“Somewhat noisy”

This is an older hotel with rooms entered from an outdoor balcony. The rooms on the east side face a busy street which can be kind of noisy. Breakfast was good. Fitness room was OK.
