I would return another time.

Pros: Location to Family Home.
Cons: Handy- Cap Parking was Excellent
Location: Was there on a Family Visit, no other activities were planed.
The Hotel has great look about it. Problem # 1 Had to go back 2 times for key to work. Asked for assistance and got access to the room. Problem # 2 No local telephone Book in the room, had to call front desk for information and numbers. Problem # 3 No updated TV guide, only September issue. Thank God there was a Bible as my wife forgot hers. We would return to this Hotel, The price was right, No Charge for small Dogs. There was not a dinning facility in the Hotel but plenty of Restaurants close by.

Close to rehab

Pros: Convenience to nursing home
Cons: In general, most everything could be updated .
Location: Only there overnight
Okay for overnight. Curtain was inoperable, no bathmat, checkout was at 11 AM which was a little inconvenient, no breakfast, no TV guide.

Overall the room was nice. The carpet needs shampooing and deep cleaning. Location was not easy to see from road at night arrival. Pet access was plus.

A place to stay in Tyler

Posted Oct 7, 2013
Pros: Nice staff, pretty trees; close to several places to eat.
The grounds and pool are nice, but rooms need repair. Ceiling peeling, globs of caulking instead of repair, cracked tiles, etc.

Great Location

Posted Oct 6, 2013
Pros: The location is great, in South Tyler and you have access to the Mall with out the Mall traffic.
Cons: Yes, No breakfast so a refrig. and microwave, shower curtain and slip guards for tub, exterior door, new TV's, more lighting or security.
Location: Great location! Post office in walking and surrounded by eatery's. Close to the Mall without the traffic and close to the Colleges and Universities
The hotel is the old Ramada Inn, you can tell they had to do some patch work in the hotel rooms

Pros: everything
Cons: nothing that I had to encounter
Location: I was there for education so didn't get to do anything extraordinary.
Front desk was nice and helpful. For the price of a single room, It was well worth it.
