Great staff and a hotel with plenty of tv channels. Will stay sgain

The only complaint was the walls to the outside are thin. We woke up at 4am to people cranking cars and slamming doors.

We stayed three nights in this hotel. They are currently remodeling the lobby, and once finished, the breakfast area will be beautiful and accommodating. We did have an issue the 2nd night of our stay. Evidently, there is a bar either attached to the hotel or very close. Our room faced the pool and BBQ pits. We could hear people cooking out and very loud music until midnight, and this was a Thursday night! The next day we asked to switch rooms; the management was very accommodating and even discounted our already discounted rate. The walls are thin in this hotel, but if you want a clean place to stay at a very reasonable price, this is the place for you.

The hotel was a great place to stay! My husband and I took our once-yearly "without the children" get away to Tyler and stayed the night. The hotel was conveniently located within moments of Villa Montez Restaurant and Hollywood Theaters, where we drove to and from that evening. The hotel was doing a little renovating, and the staff was working on that while we were there, but the woman that worked the front desk was very attentive, friendly and helpful. We were never ignored, they were just slightly short handed at the moment and handled it very well. The place was super clean, well kept, and we will make this our 'go to' spot from now on.

Overall it was good. The chairs had some stains. Other than that. Things were good. Breakfast needs to have some fresh fruits.

Nice hotel, very clean. Free breakfast, sausage wasnt good but great waffles.. staff was very friendly and helpfull.

Mostly positive. A nice gesture - the receptionist called to see if I was okay with the room.
