We rented a double bed room for two people. The front desk gave us one shower towel and one wash cloth each, also a tiny, very tiny, bottle of liquid soap for three days. No shampoo, conditioner or lotion. Thank God I brought shampoo and conditioner.

Do Not Book!! Walked in and there was a dead roach on the dresser. They continued to crawl on the walls. We left the same night. Asked for a refund and the lady at the front desk was rude. Never got a refund.

After we checked in we got to our non smoking room (214) when we opened the door it smelled like we walked into a bingo hall. The furniture and bed had smoke holes and stains in them. There were multiple cockroaches leaving the room. We got rechecked into another room but not agter having to go back to the fromt multiple times bwcause the new key wasnt working. Couldnt get comfortable ik new room becuze it still felt dirty and we were worried about roaches. We ended up sleeping in the parking lot of the property most of the night just to be comfortable
