VERY..VERY..BAD ..

THIS IS ONLY 1 STAR HOTEL,NOT 3 STAR.WHAT I SAY.. EVERY THING IS BAD..& ONLY BAD..I NEVER SUGGEST THIS HOTEL FOR ANY ONE OR ANY CONDITION.

HOTEL IS NOT LIKE A THREE STAR .... OK WITH 1 STAR.. OVERALL MY EXPERINCE WAS VERY VERY BAD,I NEVER SUGGEST THIS HOTEL FOR ANY ONE.

The hotel manager , Mr Roger, was extremely pleasant and helpful to us. He went out of his way to ensure we had a pleasant stay and even to help us get a driver for a day long journey south. Unfortunately the night before we left, we got no sleep due to staff moving furnituyture on the restaurant floor above us. After about 4 or 5 calls from us to receptio,, over two hours the noise finally stopped after 1.30 a.m. Unfortunately for us and other guests ,the manager was understandably not thhere at the time. Mr Roger continued to be of great service to us, even after we checked out, by communicating with us and our driver by cell phone to ensure we had all we needed for the journey.

we have to wait for 2hours at the reception because Haddi Rani Staff was not aware of the booking .It was because of lack of coordination from there staff part though they have received the mail from Hotels.com but still we have to face waiting time of 2 hours before we can get into our rooms.

good hotel...worth staying

Pros: food was good although the food slightly more expensive than what i am comfortable with; air-conditioning; staff courteous and smiling
Cons: there was a bad stench near the stairwell; lift not maintained well.
Location: the surroundings of hte hotel can put-off visitors; hotels is surrounded by auto garages although there was no problem of noise in the room
overall a good hotel; rooms are decent - clean and good airconditioning; staff is courteous and pleasing; food in the hotel is also faily good
