For a 4.5 star hotel it was very underwhelming. You are paying fService was terrible, other than the friendly bellboys we've had better service at hostels. Staff were rude and made you feel like they were doing you a favour. A simple booking with the front desk to organise a tour of the Oberoy was confused and when we turned up for the tour as scheduled we were told that we would need to turn up later. I ordered a coffee which took 40 minutes. The massages were also average. These are things which could have been forgivable albeit disappointing. What was unforgettable was how the staff treated us at front desk when we left our honest feedback that the stay wasn't bad but was a little disappointing. We were berated and interrogated by the front desk man and then the manager who became extremely defensive about why he hadn't gotten back to us about our airport request which we had sent a month prior (and tried to follow up by email and by calling front desk several times but no response). The manager started to argue with us and left us feeling really disheartened. While we were waiting for our ride to the next hotel, the chef then came out and told us off. I don't use those words lightly. He said how he was embarrassed with our poor review of his food. He lectured me about how different regions had different styles of cooking which I assured him I was well aware of, he asked if I had taken a look around the restaurant and noticed that everyone else was Indian. I felt harassed.

Service at check-in and restaurant were far from five star. A few of them were good, but some were just hopeless and rude. They even gave 2 people's packed breakfast for 4 persons.

The hotel was beautiful from outside but the rooms are equally very old and very uncomfortable. Also staff service at reception is like that of 1+ star hotel. Not courteous, rude and definitely felt lacking.Location was fantastic as it is centrally located

This hotel really surprised us with how great it was. We stayed at the Trident in Jaipur which lowered our expectations! Excellent food, caring chef Apoorva, attentive staff who knew our names (!), gorgeous grounds. We stayed here one night before going to a more "upscale" place and honestly we could have just stayed here. Explore the grounds-- there is a mahal right there! Peacocks and other birds abound in the secret and well maintained gardens.

予約したときは、それほど期待していなかったが、実際ホテルに着いてみたらビックリ!! インドとは思えないくらいのリゾートホテルでした。良い意味で期待を裏切られた感じ。 すばらしい設備と環境、スタッフのホスピタリティーは抜群です。部屋もとても清潔で何の 不自由もなく過ごすことができました。 宿泊していたインド人客もハイクラスな人々で嫌な感じを受けることもありませんでした。 また泊まってみたいホテルです。
