Weekend stay
Pleasant hotel, especially the rooms nicely furnished and clean, spacious bathroom, excellent service. We parked around the hotel, wi-fi worked ok. Great and varied breakfast. Great experience, I recommend.

Very poor A/C, need an upgrade, very hot in the room, a/c running all day and still hot in the room. Friendly staff, really nice restaurant, breakfast was fantastic-good selection of the food.

A lovely hotel with refurbished rooms. The room was not only clean, but spotless. The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from the beach. We loved their swimming pool. Because of all the plants and trees, it felt somewhat secluded, which was great.

Das Zimmer war o.k. -der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert wurde aber ausgetauscht - aber das Badrzimmer eine einzige Zumutung.Die Etage war nicht mehr da (angeblich gebrochen) ergo keine Ablagefläche für Kosmetika!! Das Licht über dem Waschbecken hat nicht funktioniert und der Behölter für das Duschbad war komplett leer. Die Halterung der Dusche war ein Provisorium das irgendwie befestigt war und die Dusche musste man mit der Hand halten. Man hat uns auch kein anderes Zimmer angeboten - lediglich ein "es tut uns leid". Wir sind am nächsten Tag abgereist obwohl wir für 2 Nächte bezahlt hatten.

Neu renoviertes Hotel in schlechter Lage - Gehweg zum Strandabschnitt etwa 20 Minuten. Weiterhin war der Service keine 4 Sterne wert! Das Hotel stellt keine Badetücher für den Pool zur Verfügung, das Zimmerservice hatte des Öfteren keine frischen Handtücher gebracht. Die Tische waren nicht gedeckt & das Frühstücksangebot sehr minimalistisch. Im Allgemeinen keine besonders tolle Urlaubserfahrung!

Ruhig und angenehm
Das Hotel liegt sehr schön ruhig in einer Seitenstrasse und ist die Zimmer sind für Italien riesig und mit dem Balkon wirklich sehr angenehm. Wir würden uns definitiv wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden!

Das war das sauberste und beste Hotel in Lignano. Das Personal war sehr nett, Frühstücksbüffet war sehr gut. Man kann sich nichts mehr erwarten von einem Hotel. Wenn wir nach Lignano fahren, werden wir sicher das selbe Hozel wieder nehmen. Ich kann es jeden nur empfehlen!

Leider fällt unsere Erfahrung mittelmässig aus und wir würden kein zweites mal buchen. Das Hotel ist modern, aber sehr sehr ringhörig. Wer Ruhe braucht ist hier falsch. In der ersten Nacht wollte ich vom Duvet gebrauch machen, dies war aber nicht bezogen und ein Blutfleck darauf. Als ich dies der Rezeption meldete, glaubte mir die Dame nicht. Ich habe auf meine Bitte hin kein neues bekommen. Auf meine Bemerkung hin, dass es gar nicht gehen würde, dass Hoteldecken keinen Bezug hätten meinte sie, das sei immer so, die Decken würden gereinigt. Aber auch die zweite Decke im Zimmer war schmutzig. Die Bettlaken wurden in fast 2 wochen nur einmal gewechselt, auch nicht bei sichtbarem Schmutz. Das Reinigungspersonal war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, da könnten die Empfangsdamen noch was lernen. Am Schluss dann die Krönung, bei der Abrechnung wurden und sämtliche Cocktails und Snack von einer anderen Familie verrechnet (hoher Betrag!!) zum Glück haben wir kontrolliert! Das Hotel liegt nicht in unmittelbarer nähe zum Strand und für Hundebesitzer total ungeeignet, da man dort nicht hin darf. Dazu muss man zwangsläufig ins Auto steigen. Wir würden daher ein anderes Hotel wählen. Hunde sind im Hotel zwar erlaubt, aber geduldet wäre die bessere Beschreibung. Frühstücken an brütender Sonne weil man mit Hund nicht rein darf. Frühstück-Buffet ist jeden Tag das selbe, ohne die kleinste Abwechslung. Langweilig und uninteressant.

Overall very disappointed about the trip. The hotel has ok rooms and sweet cleaning personel, and thats it. We had the impression that the hotel more or less could provide us with a nice pool, a restaurant that delivers a food quality that match their prices and employees that are motivated to help even though you don't speak Italian og German fluently. Pool is in a very bad shape in comparison to pictures which in our opinion is some of the worst. If the pictures doesn't fit the condition, don't show them. Very disappointing. The hotel is placed inside the city, and some how they don't have any designated parking lots, which makes it kind of a lottery whether you can park nearby or not. The restaurant seems new, and leave you the feeling that this is a fancy place. That's really okay, but the serving sizes are indisputably too small, the food is okay in taste, no problem - but you'll pay 2-3 times more for something that aren't even close to the quality other nearby restaurants deliver. The waiters are dressed up like pro's - very nice. But they managed to forget our orders more than one time in 1 evening. We had a good vacation, but unfortunately President wasn't contributing to this. Dear Hotel President, please don't pretend to be something you aren't - people are getting disappointed. Fancy prices and clothes doesn't make it up for middleclass food and bad conditioned pools etc. Sorry to say - but i got to be hornest.

This is our first year managing the hotel and Covid19 did not help us very much. We really appreciated what you wrote and we are doing our best to fix everything wrong. In october we will begin the works for the new swimming pool and a some parking places. Also we have to work hard on the quality management for reach a standard 4 stars but in the same time our repeater guests see the difference. Will be a pleasure for us to have a phone contact to speak about everything and why not to have a coffee together on the new poolside. Regards. Alberto

Insgesamt schöne Ferien
Uns hat es insegsamt gut gefallen. Das Zimmer wurde immer sehr sauber von der sehr netten, symathischen Putzfrau Zully geputzt. Das Früstück war lecker, der Restaurantleiter sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig und die Parkplatzsituation mühsam. Pool in die Jahre gekommen.
