Very nice hotel!

I have stayed at this hotel twice now and have had a great experience each time. It is very clean and has friendly staff. I will definitely be coming back!

Bed was pretty terrible... But overall ok

It is an okay place to stay for the price. I felt like the staff should have known what room to give us on the first try instead of going back and forth over the radio about which room were clean yet... it was an hour after my scheduled checkin. It seemed to inconvenience them by wishing to check in. But the price was fine for a stop over on a long trip.

front deck was very helpful and the rooms where very clean

They take pets. There were a few things wrong with an otherwise pleasing room and overall our stay was pleasant.

Good if you like flies and poor maid performance

Pros: Nice large room. Good bed. Bathroom sink large enough for most people's toiletries.
Cons: Get a better maid. Room was full of flies. Toilet paper had literally one tissue left on the roll. Tissue box was stuffed in dispenser unopened.
Okay, a place to crash, convenient to US 101 freeway.

Ok besides the smoke.

The hotel is nice enough but my room reeked of smoke despite being a non smoking room. It looked like smoke was coming in from the fan located in the bathroom from another room. I tried to open a window to air out the room but the smell kept coming in at diffrent times of the day. I also found a bottle cap near the fridge and it was still there after the maid cleaned the room. It made me wonder how long it was there for and the extent they clean the room.

Non smoking room smells just like a smoking room.

Request a non smoking room the room smelled like a smoking room. Called the office and complained, was told to close the bathroom door because the room next door was a smoking room. That did not help at all.
