Uljin is situated 95 miles (153 kilometers) southeast of Sokcho and about 140 miles (225 kilometers) east of Seoul, the capital of South Korea.
When you feel the need to broaden your horizons beyond Uljin, you'll find that this region is home to some attractions waiting to be experienced. Taebaek, 25 miles (40 kilometers) to the southeast, and Gohan, 35 miles (56 kilometers) to the southeast of Uljin are also waiting to be discovered.
